The technician (Tito) was thorough and did a great job explaining the condition of our door after evaluation, and what was required to not only make the door operable, but function like new. They responded don site ready to complete, with all required parts withing 14 hours of our call. I highly recommend Precision!

We are very pleased with the quick appointment and the excellent service by Tito our technician. Tito was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He called to let us know when he was on the way. He pointed out the broken springs and thoroughly inspected all the other parts of our garage door and opener. He clearly explained and showed us the minimum repairs needed and also additional repairs of worn parts that we might want fixed before they stop working. He gave us a separate estimate for the minimum repairs and the additional repairs. When he was done, he showed us the new remote control and linked it to the wi-fi button in our car. Our door works great now and we're very satisfied with the excellent service by Precision.

The Garage Door Spring died this Morning. Called Precision, they were very helpful with sending a Tech out to my house. They arrived quickly and before the 1-5 window I was quoted!!!! Tito called me when he was on his way to my house. Tito arrived and was very knowledgeable about my issue. He explained to me what needed to be done and completed the work quickly. I feel the price was reasonable! Tito was very professional and personable. I would recommend Tito and Precision to anyone. They also have Military Discounts for Veterans. Great Experience, terrific service from the initial phone call to Tito completing the work!!!!! Thank you Tito for coming to our house on a Sunday to fix our garage door!!!!!

We were stuck with 2 broken garage door springs in the morning with no way to open the garage door-Precision was able to make it to our house by that evening and the technician assessed the issue and had us back up and running in the next hour or so-you couldn’t beat that kind of service! We called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because 1 of our 2 garage doors failed & would not close completely. We have been in our home for 29 years and had 2 new replacement garage doors & openers improperly installed 8 years ago. Both doors needed total re-work; springs, rollers, cables, pulleys, and struts. Fortunately both the doors & openers were still is good shape. Although the cost of job was more than my wife and I expected when we made the appointment, the quality of the materials & workmanship by Tito was totally worth it! Tito did an excellent job! He actually took the time to show my wife how much smoother/quieter the doors operated. We are so happy with the results, we will be calling Tito/Precision Garage Overhead Door Service for an annual inspections. We highly recommend Tito/Precision Door Service to everyone!

Our garage door broke, we called for repair, knowing we may just buy a new unit. Jay was the technician and I cannot say enough amazing things about him! He took the time to explain options, we went with battery backed Genie. I had the fortune to have Chris C. come to our home yesterday evening and today to fix a garage door that’s given us many issues. Chris put in extra hours AND still stuck to his quote.
