Technician was terrific. Job was done well and in a timely fashion. However the payment process was unacceptable. I always like to use my USAA credit card for jobs like this. Due to an already known billing problem my card was denied. I don’t like inconveniences such as this. Especially when a reputable company such as yours should be able to resolve the matter. USAA card holders are largely represented in the Baltimore/DC metro. Many of whom are probably just as frustrated with a denied card. I hope this company fixes this irritating problem soon. So next time a better review shall be given from a person like me.

The technician Jay Customer Service was exceptional. He explained everything to me clearly so that I could understand. He explained all of my options as well as the pros and cons. Answered all of my questions and ensured me that everything would be working much better and it is. Everyone was so pleasant from my initial call to schedule my appointment. I really appreciated the call from Amy explaining that the original technician job before coming to me was taking longer than expected and they were able to r/s with another technician. This experience was a breathe of fresh air because now a days no one has great Customer Service anymore.

Elijah out of the Frederick office was my repair man. He was timely, cuteous and knowledgable. He quick diagnosed the problem with the cables on my gargae door opener, proposed a solution and we were good to go. It took him about 15 mins to make the repair.

Precision Door has serviced my garage door in the past. The company came out on the day that I contacted them. The technician (Bobby) was superb. He explained the issues with my existing motor and indicated how he could fix the door. Excellent experience with Precision. The technician (Jay C) was awesome - very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jay was very informative, answering all of questions. He got the job done quickly, and everything's working perfectly. There was a slight mistake on the final invoice, regarding the warranty. One quick email, and the office staff quickly fixed it and sent me a corrected invoice. All around great experience. One con: this fairly simple job was extremely pricey. You get what you pay for, I guess. If you want your door fixed right, Precision is the way to go - just be prepared some some serious sticker shock.

Quite impressive all the way around. Got an appointment with in 24 hours. Tito was a little early and have a call when he was on his way as was promised by the office staff person. He was vey knowledgeable and took ownership of my issue right away. His suggestions were logical and to my advantage. Cost was very reasonable and the job was finished within an hour or so. Tavon and his colleague today did a wonderful job helping me with my garage. They communicated very well and they were punctual.
