Called at 8:00AM on a Friday and they were able to get an associate to my house by 10:30 AM to repair the door. Dakota was fantastic to work with and gave me a lot of options for repairing the door. As he walked through the options he gave great explanations as to the benefit of going with one option over the other. Given that we have multiple garage doors, should the need arise to service another we will be sure to call and will be asking for Dakota. First class operation all the way.

Charles was the Tech who came out to repair our garage door. He was pleasant and did a great job repairing the garage door. He gave us three options from best to least to choose from. Not being able to get either of our cars out of the garage he was definitely a blessing to arrive on the same day I called and when the work was completed we were very pleased. I would use Precision again.

From start to finish my experience dealing with Precision for a new garage door replacement including a new garage door opener has been excellent, of course star rating 5. Called Precision this morning with a question, technician Kyler came out within 1.5 hrs of my call, my very small concern was immediately rectified. We've had the new garage door installed Aug/2021 and have received many compliments from friends and neighbors. I highly recommend Precision for their professionalism and installation of high quality products.

Bobby was the specialist who came to our house. I would give him six stars if it was possible. His recommendations and service truly went above and beyond. Our garage door system is very old and he replaced the motor and belt and serviced the entire system so it can last us a good while longer. He even left our garage in a much less messy state than it was when he arrived.

I'm very pleased with my technician, he did an excellent job of explaining all of the details that the job would consist of the estimate and time frame. I did do another estimate with another company, it was not a big difference in the estimate but I felt more comfortable with his knowledge in doing the best job in what I needed. I'm giving him a 5* for the relief of not having to call him back months before the contract ended. I'm satisfied customer and would definitely refer him to my relatives, neighbors and friends.

I was initially disturbed when the tech showed up that the information given to me on the phone was totally inaccurate. Thankfully, the technician Jay was a total professional and explained everything to me. He understood my frustration and provided me several options to repair my doors and bring them up to code. I was very satisfied with the work and Jay stayed into the evening to get the job done to my satisfaction. Jay was an excellent technician and professional. The technician was very professional. He explained everything to me so I could understand. If I had a question he did not know the answer he called the company to get answers. He showed me the damage to the garage and let me know that it needed replacement instead of repair and the reasons it could not be repaired.

Precision is definitely 5 star!! Called on Saturday around noon hopefully to get an appointment early in the week. They were at my house by 1:30 Saturday afternoon. Fast… Dakota did a fabulous job. He called 20 minutes out to let me know when he’d be arriving. He was fast, explained everything, and was great.

I would highly recommend this company. I called needing help with my garage door and a tech, Jay, was sent out an hour later. Jay arrived and was friendly, courteous, and showed me what was wrong. He fixed the issue fairly quickly, charged me a fair amount but more importantly, he was just a nice, polite guy. Quite an asset to the company!

Needed to get garage door repaired Thursday before the freezing rain was predicted. Called Precision because my wife had them repair her garage door at a property she owns. Was able to schedule an appointment that same day and was able to move vehicles to garage before ice storm started. Repair man was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job with the door we couldn’t open. Replaced the spring and other parts and my husband can open the door with just two fingers. On 12-15-21 I called for a technician to come and check my garage doors out. I did not have any particular problems I just wanted to make sure everything was okay. I was told a check up would be $60.00. Well the representative came out and started his inspection, I told him I was not aware of anything wrong just wanted it checked out. When he finished he gave me three estimates $1,285.77 _ best $1,073.77 - Better $769.55 Good. This really disappointed me from your advertisement on TV, until the rep gave me his estimate, I did not realize this would be a scam. I called a local door sales and service company and they came out and inspected my doors. He put two safety cables on the back eight foot door and greased all parts that needed it and charged me $75.00. Now I asked you the difference of $75.00 and your three estimates I think answers my questions. You ask for a star rating but since you do not have a zero category I cannot complete the question. Since it would not go through without a star selection I have no choice but to hit a one.

We called Precision to look over both our 33 year old garage doors. My wife’s door had a lift spring break, and I wanted to have both doors refurbished if possible. Tito; our Precision Tech arrived Sunday morning on time in the snow, and assessed our doors within 15 minutes. He said our doors and lift motors were in great shape, but all the hardware, other than the tracks should be replaced. He showed us an estimate on his computer, and told us he had all the materials he needed to put our doors back to what they were when new. He said he would bring them up to current safety codes, and lower my maintenance for them as well. He took the time to show me how my roller had failed, and compared his replacement parts with my originals. After he showed me the quality of his parts, we approved the work. It took him about 3 hours to install and adjust all our rollers, cables, springs, and pulleys. For safety, he also installed a containment system for all 4 lift springs. We’ll no longer have to worry about a broken spring doing damage to one of our cars, or my motorcycle. Although the cost of job was more than my wife and I expected when we made the appointment, the quality of the materials & workmanship far exceeded our expectations. We’re happy with our results, and Tito couldn’t have been more proud of the job he did. He actually took the time to disconnect my wife’s door from its drive system with the emergency pull rope, to show us how easily the door opened by hand. Pride in workmanship is something you don’t always find today.
