When I called into the office to get an estimate they were very helpful and courteous. Got me an appointment for the next morning, a Saturday, no less. Chris the repairman called before arriving and was on time. Chris was kind, cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful. Replaced my door's bottom seal and saved me money. What more could I ask for! Justin was my technician. He arrived on time. Very courteous. Walked me thru the different offers they had. Never tried to push me in any 1 direction. He gave great suggestions. I chosse the offer I wanted and in about 45 minutes he was done. The fact that they carried the parts on the truck is a great time.saving feature so the customer is not without the garage door waiting for parts.

I discovered Precision through a Google search. The service I phoned and inquired about was performed today. The technician was on time, very professional and polite. After he performed a survey of my garage door and the electronic lift mechanism, I settled on having him replace the master electronic lift master control box, the connected wall opener and the two small individual remote hand openers. The technician did an excellent job doing that contracted work in a timely manner. He started and completed the job today. And the price was affordable...!!!

Excellent service! Kevin was right on time, evaluated the repair and insulation of a new garage door opener. Showed me the parts and told me why he felt it was the best fix. Then he told me the cost, I agreed and Kevin went to work. After he was done, he showed me exactly what he did. Explain how to use the new garage opener, he made sure my car was connected to the opener, and cleaned up and took away all old parts. Kevin deserves a five star review, he is definitely an asset to Precision Door Services.

My garage doors were in need of repair. I contacted Precision and they were here in two days. Justin evaluated the problem and presented me with the work that needed to be done on my doors.
