I found Precision online and then discovered that they had serviced my daughter who then gave them a great recommendation. Customer service on the phone was great and Rick, the rep who serviced us, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were back in operation within 24 hours. Rick also identified another problem with the weather stripping at the bottom of the door that we hadn't noticed. That repair will probably solve a long standing mouse problem that we have been having. Thanks Rick.

On Monday we began what has turned out to be amazingly simple and economically sound investment by contacting Precision Door Service. Our very aged, worn and wooden garage doors had well out lived there worth, the technician who did our inspection was punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. Today Wednesday, a second employee arrived as punctual a pleasant as the first gentleman. About 4 hours later our home has had a facelift, we again have two functional and insulated garage doors. I can not speak highly enough of the quality and workmanship of the commitment the representatives of Precision doors displayed. My husband I both strongly recommend use of Precision Door Service.

I have used Precision for many years. However, in the past few years, when an Angie's List "Big Deal" was offered for garage door maintenance, I would purchase these from other companies. The last one put on a weather stripping that was too long. This caused an issue with my keypad. I decided to call Precision for a repair, since they have always done excellent work. I've decided that in future, I will stick with Precision. Their customer service and their technicians are simply the best.

I am a new homeowner. My noisy, struggling garage door opener had not been maintained and was gradually failing. I contacted Precision based on their website (services offered, technician profiles, customer feedback, insight into garage door issues). A very polite, knowledgeable tech, Barry C., explained the problem and what happens when they inspect, service, or rebuild. I chose to rebuild (new springs, pulleys, rollers, cables, lube, balancing) and within one hour the opener was purring like a well-oiled machine. Five stars! Thank you!

To date, I can only comment on the estimate, as I still have a couple other companies to check out before making a final decision. However, it was very easy to schedule an estimate appointment, which to my surprise was available the same day I called. Mr. Queen drove a long distance to come evaluate my garage door needs and was very personable and informative. He answered all my technical questions and inquired whether I would qualify for a number of discounts that Precision offers. Before making a final decision, I would like to visit your storefront in order to actually see the doors that I might purchase for installation, but what I received today is what I believe is a reasonable quote in a timely manner and with very cordial service! Excellent work by your installer Anthony with the large 18 foot door. The entire door, tracks and all, had to be replaced due to a boat being backed into it. The work was done very well including the trimout where the house frame was not left as plumb as it could be by the original builder of the house. The new door works very smooth.

Dealing with Precision was a great experience from start to finish. I got an appointment the next day. My technician was thorough and he gave me several options to repair and/or replace my current garage door opener. I chose to replace it and he had the equipment to do so right on his truck.
