I accepted the quote and work was done smoothly and with no issues in under an hour. I would highly recommend him and this company again. I heard a big BOOM late on Monday evening. I went out to try to open the garage door and it was like trying to move a wall. I called Precision and they were out the next day. Brian was here earlier than scheduled. He was great, offered some good advice on upkeep, and was out within 90 minutes. If you need it done and fast give a call.

Started a chat one evening and made an appointment for the next morning. I received a call from Chris B. at 8 a.m. and he told me he would be there between 9 and 9:15. He arrived a few minutes before 9 and got right to looking at the problem. He explained the process and gave me three options to choose from; which I went with the best for my needs. He was here for 5 plus hours and kept me informed along the way. When he finished I had all the hardware replaced on the 40 year old door besides the door itself and a warranty. He came with all needed parts on his truck. It was a little more than I expected, but than again; the service was much more than expected and I have no worries about it again. Thanks

Very nice service representative from Precision. Extremely fast service, as we called and got service the same day. This was very important for us for our garage door would not close. Keith fixed the problem and also reprogrammed our remotes. Cost was appropriate for this service .

Derrick Evans arrived exactly on schedule, did a through analysis of our problem, and replaced the faulty sensors very quickly. Precision sent Rick out the same day I called, out of his area, and in snow storm to fix our broken springs to free our trapped car. Rick was quick to answer all questions in an easy to understand manner and was very professional. They will be my only call in the future for garage door issues.

Great experience for me. My garage door hardware broke on a Wednesday night. I called Thursday morning and they offered to come that day but I asked them to come out Friday morning instead since I wasn't in an immediate hurry. No problem on their part accommodating my schedule. I was given a window when they would arrive and they called me during the window and stated they'd be there in 20-25 minutes and, sure enough, there they were 20-25 minutes when they said they'd be. Keith was awesome too. He took a look at the problem - old springs, cables, hardware - and gave me several options on what we could do. After we made a decision, he got to work and was done shortly afterwards. Kept me informed every step of the way. He was quick and knowledgeable and had a very upbeat personality. I would definitely recommend using both Precision as a company and Keith as your technician!

By far and away probably the most awesome service call I have ever had from any kind of service company; Ms Spann is my 96 year old God mom and in great physical and mental shape; I was there to get the garage door repaired for her; First, the called 20min before arrival; second, he there within the service window given to us; third, he was extremely knowledgeable and within a few minutes told us the 3 things wrong with the two car wide garage door, he was very clear that the door was good and did not need to be replaced; he gave us 3 prices, a price to fix 1, 2 or all three problems; the price was great to fix all 3 and it only took him about 45mins; when he was done, I was blown away by how smooth and quiet the door operated, better than when it was new; I know that there is no way that all of their techs can be this good but still, I will never, ever use another company to do anything related to a garage door. This is now the second time we've called Precision out to our house to fix a problem, and they nailed it again. We got Keith C, and he was absolutely fantastic. Clearly explained everything, gave reasonable and realistic suggestions, and did not pressure us into picking the most-expensive option. He did great, and speedy, work... all while being extremely courteous and friendly the entire time. This was also done during COVID times, and he worse his mask the entire time and was very respectful on that front as well. The next time something goes wrong, we will be calling Precision again, and I will be requesting Keith.

Precision out of Halethorpe MD. was very responsive and did great work! I reached out because the motor was stopping mid cycle going both up and down, and consistently getting worse. I researched them and booked an appointment for the next Thursday. Precision confirmed by call and email to set up date and time. Dakota showed up on time and was very informative, cheerful, and very helpful. He took his time inspecting the setup, the door, the balance and weight distribution, wiring and in the end offered multiple options and explained the tradeoffs between them. Lastly, he gave me a very clear set of quotes for replacing the motor, we went ahead and got it done that day. He was fast and efficient with the removal of the faulty motor and installing the new one. He also left us an estimate for the other door (since they were installed the same time years ago) and said that way when we are ready, they will already have what they need to just come and get it done. Thanks for a great customer experience Dakota and team!

On December 20, 2020, Dakota, from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, came to our property and installed a new garage door opener. I waited until today, January 8, to submit a review, for I wanted to open and close the door for a period of time before submitting a review. First of all my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with Dakota. He was most professional and extremely polite! He was also very efficient and methodical in taking out the old motor and belt and installing the new motor and belt. When he finished, he very nicely explained to us how to program the remote, and patiently explained to us how to program our cars with the remote that came with the cars. As a retired teacher, I give him an A+ for his work! I can also say that after using the garage door for 20 days, the opener has worked perfectly! I can't recommend Precision Door Service highly enough; especially kudos to Dakota! I wish I could give you six stars!
