Called Precision and schedule for next day. Barry was our technician came early (after verifying it was ok) and he did a quick and wonderful job. He replaced a broken torsion spring and bearing in one door and for preventative, did the same on the other non broken door. I could of done it myself but would of had to wait on parts and validate installation methods. Would recommend to anyone. He also made some quick recommendations on maintaining the doors and rollers properly before he left.

My technician Rick clearly explained the broken spring and options for repair; don't believe the door had ever been serviced, so I elected the rebuild option and was very satisfied at how well the door sounded and performed.
