First off I want to say your man who did the repair was very polite and knowledgeable. The door works perfectly. Secondly I was totally shocked by the bill. I will never use Precision again. 4 pulleys, 4 cables and the service call $446.

Just had a great experience with Precision Door Service. My door kept popping back up when I would close the garage door opener and your technician Rick made some simple adjustments to the opener and walked me through how to do it myself should it happen again. I would definitely use your company again and have already referred you. Although it was a simple repair, I was not even charged for a service call. Great company!

My phone call for help was received by a most pleasant individual who listened carefully to my overly elongated concern and then scheduled an appointment at a convenient time for the following day. Keith C. the technician, was thoughtful, conscientious, knowledgeable, highly skilled and thorough. He's had significant experience and may possibly have diagnosed the problem before he arrived on the premises-and because the solution was one that I could have remedied, had I known better, he refused to charge me for the visit!
