My technician was Rick and he was excellent. Rick called me early in my scheduled service time frame to let me know he was on the way. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He solved the problem quickly and kept me informed on the whole process. Would highly recommend this service.

We were not happy with the service you provided. After Gary and his assistant left and we had paid $600 we discovered later in the day that the outside opener did not work. We called and got the run around that Gary could not return to fix our garage. And would fix it the next day when he returned with the battery for our door. Which was not the answer we were looking for and we certainly did not receive good customer service. Our feeling was that we had already paid $600 to your company and now your were not interested in coming back to fix the door. Finally they did return late that evening but Gary refused to get out of the car to look at what was needed to fix the door even when requested. The assistant did fix it as they did not set it up properly when here for the installation - so the door could not be opened from the outside. We also believed we were getting another Lift Master door opener to replace the one we had. But it is not and when I questioned Gary he said well "I told you that the PDS 800 was the one on the truck." Again not helpful at all and we did not know what the PDS 800 was and thought it to be a Lift Master as this was not explained to us by Gary. We have already sent your company a message on this issue and requested a return call as we were having no luck with the folks on the phone. But as of yet we have not been contacted by you. On a Saturday, you never know what happens...yep, the door broke and held my car hostage. Precision to the rescue. They have 24 hour service and someone actually answered the phone. They were at my home within the hour. They were professional, courteous and explained what needed to be done and the prices. They were in and out fast. I would recommend them highly.

Repeat customer. Had a good experience with a repair several years ago, so we called Precision again for a recent repair need. We were scheduled right away. Technician notified when on his way and arrived on time. He was courteous and explained everything clearly throughout the repair. He identified the problem right away and gave us a price up front. He completed the repair within the time frame and price quoted. The job was done quickly but not hastily, taking the time to make fine-tune adjustments. Would definitely recommend and will call on them again in the future if needed.

So glad I chose Precision. After reading reviews and having Barry come out earlier than expected (after he called of course) I am happy with the results. Barry took the time to explain why he chose the springs he recommended, (which were more expensive than i expected--Haley said the prices were 140-240--mine were 250...each) The springs were powder coated, rated for 85k cycles, and he put one original strength and one extra strength spring in -- based on his experience. He also found bearings going bad as well. I'm a DIY guy, and Barry explained the what and why's of everything he did. He also explained the maintenance I can do to help extend the life of the system. You guys are great!

I was very happy with the online scheduling service. It was fast, courteous, and convenient! I was able to set up an appointment for the very next day, also terrific, and was provided with an estimate. Garry was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him as well. The one item that surprised me was the substantial increase in cost over the estimate. The work required less than 10 minutes, for which I was charged an additional $75 above the quoted rate. This seems quite high for a surprise additional charge. The $15 coupon on the website could not be applied, which doesn't seem quite right.

Thank you Precision Door Service. Your scheduler made a special effort to accommodate me on a cold Saturday afternoon to fix my non-working door. Mike arrived within two hours of the call and immediately pinpointed the problem - a loose wire caused by a broken gear box. He replaced the gear box, fixed the wire, lubricated the chain and the side tracks and the door is working like new. I am so pleased with your service and your willingness to come out so quickly. And your price was very reasonable as far as I am concerned. Thanks to your scheduler for making room for me and to Mike who was so efficient! I totally recommend your company and will also write you up on Angie's list.

Barry was great. Very professional and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and was quick. He is awesome! I thought that I would be better prepared for the prices after doing a little research on the net before I called, but I was still a tad sticker shocked. Not so drastically overpriced I wouldn't use Precision again since the service was so good, but enough to taint the experience and make it a four star vs. five star for level of satisfaction. I do highly recommend Precision (esp. Barry), but just be mentally prepared that you'll be paying a bit above the "average" estimates you see in forums if you've done your research.
