Excellent service! One of the springs on my double garage door broke and I called four other repair businesses that offered emergency service, but none could come out that day. I then called Precision and they had a technician, Garry, out in a couple of hours. Garry was fantastic. He was worked quickly and replaced both springs and was finished within 40 minutes. He also answered some questions I had on maintenance. It's been three weeks now and I've intentionally delayed writing this review just in case anything went wrong, but nothing has. Thanks Garry for the excellent work you did.

Ensured the door was operating to my liking before signing the work ticket. Would Def Recommend this company to anyone looking for fast, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service. The Spring they replaced was visably a much better quality than the previously replaced spring. Mike arrived within the time frame specified. Uniformed employee, company truck, etc. Called to let me know he was on the way to the home. The company also advised whom was coming to perform the work. Very impressive service ! Our garage door opener had been broken for years. Finally the door itself failed and was stuck in a closed position. Selected "Precision" due to favorable reviews on HomeAdvisor. The inquiry was sent on a Saturday and had an almost immediate response by email and phone. Customer service was courteous and set up an appointment on the same day (Saturday). Our technician Brian was great. He responded within the appointment time, calling to give us a 30 minute notice. He quickly accessed the problem, answered all of our questions and provided a detailed estimate. In addition to providing the needed door repair (springs, center bearing and rollers) we opted to have a Liftmaster 8550 garage door opener installed. After the installation Brian demonstrated the operation of the opener and even entered the code for the opener at our request. The area was left clean. We could not be more pleased with the service provided and our new garage door opener!

I was very impressed with the fast responce and the well knowledgeable service man named Mike. I called and within an hour I had Mike standing in my garage assessing the broken torsion springs. Within an hour they were fixed along with new rollers which has made the door less noisy when opening and closing. I wasnt expecting to pay as much as I did, but I got the 30000 cycle springs.

Barry arrived and quickly assessed the issue I had with my garage door. He explained everything clearly and was extremely knowledgeable. He performed all repairs timely and checked everything prior to him leaving the job. My garage door now operates quieter and smoothly than before. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the Price. The cost of the work in my eyes was a bit excessive.

I just wanted to thank Berry and Jordan for catching a potential problem with my garage opener. I call to have the rubber seal on the bottom of my garage door replaced. Berry observed that my drive train was slack. He went check the drive train assembly and informed me that it needed to be replace. He did a very good job explaining the issue so I could understand the seriousness of the problem without over selling it. I appreciated his concern and asked him to replace the drive train assembly to avoid a future problem. Thank you Berry.

We were not happy with the service you provided. After Gary and his assistant left and we had paid $600 we discovered later in the day that the outside opener did not work. We called and got the run around that Gary could not return to fix our garage. And would fix it the next day when he returned with the battery for our door. Which was not the answer we were looking for and we certainly did not receive good customer service. Our feeling was that we had already paid $600 to your company and now your were not interested in coming back to fix the door. Finally they did return late that evening but Gary refused to get out of the car to look at what was needed to fix the door even when requested. The assistant did fix it as they did not set it up properly when here for the installation - so the door could not be opened from the outside. We also believed we were getting another Lift Master door opener to replace the one we had. But it is not and when I questioned Gary he said well "I told you that the PDS 800 was the one on the truck." Again not helpful at all and we did not know what the PDS 800 was and thought it to be a Lift Master as this was not explained to us by Gary. We have already sent your company a message on this issue and requested a return call as we were having no luck with the folks on the phone. But as of yet we have not been contacted by you.
