At 7AM, in the middle of the winter holidays, we found ourselves unable to open the garage door due to a broken spring. Three and a half hours later, Mike C, the Precision Garage Door of Baltimore technician, was leaving satisfied customers after replacing springs and rollers (20 year old door with no prior replacements), having provided advice regarding proper preventive maintenance, and giving tips on how the homeowner could improve garage door opener operation. More than just restoring capability, door operation is significantly smoother and much quieter.

The tech Mike arrived at my house on time. He was very pleasant and explained everything to me in detail even the price before he got started. He did his best to make sure I was pleased with the job , and before he left he doubled checked everything to make sure the door was working properly. To my surprise the repair did not take long at all and the price was very fair . Thank you precision door for coming out on a holiday weekend. ????

Starting with customer service, it was nice to deal with pleasant people seem to care and wanted to help. Mike C. was the technician and he was outstanding. Very professional and very courteous. Even though it was almost 9:30 at night he acted in a professional manner as if the day just started. Very thorough, explained everything that was needed to complete the job. Spring replaced. Rick the technician give me a courtesy call to let me know that he was on his way. When he arrived Rick introduced himself, he was very polite and professional. Rick explained what needed to be replaced and quote me the cost for the replacement parts, once job was completed Rick ask me to check the garage door to see if it was functioning correctly (and it was), he also greased the rollers. Excellent Job Rick!!!!

We had a garage door opener replaced and added keypad. We would highly recommend Precision Door and especially Barry as service technician. While they may not be the cheapest company for door service, Precision Door has a Quality product and quality service. We were notified at the time of appointment who our technician would be and saw his picture. Barry let us know upfront the problems, cost and kept us informed during installation.

Awesome, awesome service, the serviceman Barry was polite, friendly, and knowledge. He explained what needed to be done and how it was going to be done. I was impressed with the way he finished the repair in a timely fashion. I also felt the for the parts and services rendered the price paid was fair. Prompt and polite. I would let your customers know about the high quality springs and their cost. It might be a good idea to offer a second choice for those who cannot afford your first tier product. I was glad to install them, some may need a less expensive alternative.
