Service was excellent. However, there was definitely false advertising on the part of your company. When I chatted with your rep, I was told that the parts installed had a lifetime warrantly. However, when the technician finally arrived, after waiting most of the day, he stated that the parts were only warranteed for 3 years. If I did not already wasted an entire day waiting for your tech, I would have opted for another service company. As it is, I succumbed to not wasting another day and reluctantly took your service.

Nice guy came out first thing in AM as promised. Took one look at the spring and told me I needed to call OverHead Door. Overhead was curious what was special about springs. Took pictures. They're coming first thing tomorrow. They were puzzled why these guys couldn't do it. I do appreciate the honesty of not getting into a job you're not confident you can do.

Precision has been there for our garage door service each time I have had a problem. The customer service department was fast and friendly in handling my concerns. The repair tech was on time, his name was Brian. He explained the problem and stated the work needed to put my opener back into operation. He left the area clean and tested the door operation to my total satisfaction. I give your company 5 stars for great service and good workmanship. Very professional from the answering of the phone when I called through the completion of the job. Derek E was our serviceman and was great. He called ahead, was prompt, and did a great job. My torsion spring needed tensioning. He suggested new rollers, without any pressure to buy, but I did and am happy for the decision. Would highly recommend this company.

Over the years we've put a lot of money into maintaining our automatic garage system. Almost $1K worth! That said, Precision came prepared and immediately knew how to remedy what was causing our issues. We needed new rollers. The rollers were designed much better than the originals with more support at the ends of the doors. Now the doors function better and best of all sound better! Our tech, Chris was prompt, polite and professional.

Mike was great! Our garage door was hit while open causing it to come off of and bend the track. It was unstable and in danger of falling. Mike, (with my husband's help) was able to secure and fix the door!! Aside from one bent panel, the door runs better than it has in years!! We only need to replace one panel instead of the whole door. Very happy with his expertise and friendly manner. Will recommend Precision to anyone!

You quoted me a repair price of over $700, but another company quoted me $379. Big difference, plus there was no charge to come give an estimate, but you charged $50 (not to mention that the technician showed up at 11:58 for an 8-12 time window). Will never use your company.

Turned the service tech away. I was quoted approximately $50.00 plus labor. When the tech looked at the garage and said he couldn't work that day because of the mess. Area cleaned in 2 minutes. Then he said it would cost over $250.00 plus labor at least to replace both springs and cables....a must. It was clear he did not want to do the job at least on Saturday. Needless to say I was shocked to hear I was going to pay at least $200.00 more for more work. I then told him to leave. If there are any questions please call at 410-218-7064. Thanks

Garage door was slow to open and squeaky: Barry was prompt, polite, and efficient. He explained what he was going to do and then after completed explained to me again what he had done. He also made a suggestion to have a once-a-year service on the door just to be sure all was still well. In and out within half an hour!

I used Precision for the first time today to repair a nonworking garage door. Mike was the technician and did a thorough job explaining what was wrong and replacing the broken springs and pulleys. I am appalled that you could charge me $49 to tell me that unless I replaced the springs on my door for 500 you couldn't repair/warrant ur work. Today my door is perfect $13 in parts n trustworthy service from a company with honest employees. You should be ashamed to charge a service call fee for such a scam. You wasted a good part of my day for 10 minutes worth of unethical business practices!

The torsion spring on my garage door broke on a Sunday morning. I did some searching online and found Precision -- I was impressed that the majority of the reviews were positive, and that for every negative (1 star) review -- somebody had tried to respond to the person who complained. I called on Sunday and had an appointment set up for Monday morning. Barry called us about 25 minutes before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. He clearly explained the options to repair the door and how much everything would cost. He was polite, professional, and had the door working within an hour. He did not have the parts to fix the outside handle, but we expect that he will contact us within a day or two to get that fixed -- and in the meantime, at least the door works again!
