To date, I can only comment on the estimate, as I still have a couple other companies to check out before making a final decision. However, it was very easy to schedule an estimate appointment, which to my surprise was available the same day I called. Mr. Queen drove a long distance to come evaluate my garage door needs and was very personable and informative. He answered all my technical questions and inquired whether I would qualify for a number of discounts that Precision offers. Before making a final decision, I would like to visit your storefront in order to actually see the doors that I might purchase for installation, but what I received today is what I believe is a reasonable quote in a timely manner and with very cordial service! Excellent work by your installer Anthony with the large 18 foot door. The entire door, tracks and all, had to be replaced due to a boat being backed into it. The work was done very well including the trimout where the house frame was not left as plumb as it could be by the original builder of the house. The new door works very smooth.

This is the first time I called Precision Doors and I was not disappointed. My torsion spring broke and I called this morning and I was told Rick could come out between 2-4pm. I usually call at the beginning time to find out where I am in the que and was told it would probably be closer to the 3:30-4:00pm time. Then 10 minutes later, I received a call from Rick saying that he was closer to my location and could he come in 10 minutes! VERY happy with the results. The spring was replaced and everything was done in 20 minutes! Would highly recommend.

Called Thursday, they offered a Friday appointment that I could not take, so we chose Saturday between 8-12. Technician, Rick Gueory, called in advance around 9:30 and arrived in 15 minutes. Two springs with cables replaced and some adjustments to our second door were made. All wrapped up in 45 minutes with both doors working perfectly. Price was fine and I recommend Precision fully. A problem developed after he left and we call Precision the next day and service man was there within 30 minutes and resolved the problem. Precision came and replaced my springs and spring assembly. The technician was quick and polite. He explained everything . I needed to get more than just one spring replaced as I apparently had a "Home Depot" special installed by the original contractor and it was in need of repair.
