Torsion spring on our door failed trapping our car inside with door too heavy to lift safely. Precision was able to get a technician out that afternoon who did a top quality job with top quality parts fixing several problems including replacing the spring. The door and opener were adjusted and work perfectly. Barry, the technician, explained everything he was doing and what the charges would be. Barry was a pleasure to work with and cleaned up when the job was done.

The springs on my garage door broke and I looked in my file to see who I always use and called them back. There's a reason I don't look to call anyone else. From the person who answered the phone to the technician (Rick) that came out THAT SAME MORNING I was dealing with the most efficient and helpful professionals. They have some great systems that they use which provides amazing customer service. Before my tech arrived I was sent an email which allowed me to look at his bio and read his customer reviews. The service was top notch! The representative, Barry, showed up right at the beginning of the service window. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in a timely manner. When he learned we had a baby taking a nap at the time he arrived he even used manual tools to perform the work instead of his power tools so as not to wake him up. That's putting the customer first!

My technician was thorough and he gave me several options to repair and/or replace my current garage door opener. I chose to replace it and he had the equipment to do so right on his truck. I found Precision online and then discovered that they had serviced my daughter who then gave them a great recommendation. Customer service on the phone was great and Rick, the rep who serviced us, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were back in operation within 24 hours. Rick also identified another problem with the weather stripping at the bottom of the door that we hadn't noticed. On Monday we began what has turned out to be amazingly simple and economically sound investment by contacting Precision Door Service. I have used Precision for many years. However, in the past few years, when an Angie's List "Big Deal" was offered for garage door maintenance, I would purchase these from other companies. The last one put on a weather stripping that was too long. This caused an issue with my keypad. I decided to call Precision for a repair, since they have always done excellent work. I've decided that in future, I will stick with Precision. Their customer service and their technicians are simply the best.
