Very friendly and a nice quality product. Would be 5 stars but eye-balling the straps made them ever so slightly off. I am probably the only one who has noticed this and would gladly recommend the company.

I have used your company for my garage door repair/service. Your intak process is efficient and scheduling is flawless. Your employees are always on time and provide a detailed description the problem, the solution and estimate of both cost and time. Matt worked on repairing our garage door. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He is an asset to the company. I will never consider using another company to service the garage doors.

I saw one of your trucks doing a job in my neighborhood- decided to take down the number just in case. Two months later “just in case” happened. Definitely 5 stars for the technician that performed the work. Thorough and professional.

Precision Door was quick and responsive. When the tech wasn't able to work on the type of commercial gate we had, he directed me to some local companies they recommend using for the job. Matthew was professional and thorough.

While I was very disappointed with a truck breakdown just before expected arrival time on a Friday afternoon, they worked with me to schedule a Sunday afternoon repair. Tony, the technician, was very courteous, completed the repair, and did a safety inspection. I felt confident that the garage opener was now operating safely.

This is the second time that I have used the services of Precision Door. It has been a positive experience on both occasions. Technician Barry was very professional and explained the entire process from beginning to end. The work he performed on both our garage door and door opener was completed in a very timely fashion. I'm two for two using Precision Door.

I couldn't get out my car out of my garage since my spring broke. I called around 8AM, got a 10-12 window, & they came 11:15. We got a new spring for one door, and we replaced another door's opener since it would no longer work with a remote. It cost $270 for the spring & $595 for a belted Lift Master opener, & the only other cost was tax. Both came with guarantees. The guy we had (Rick) was very nice & courteous and seemed knowledgeable and honest. We are pleased.

Precision Doors service people are always good about calling and explaining what went wrong and how it can be fixed. Have been visited by Rick, Derrick, at least one other person over the years-- all very courteous and good communicators. Have used them for several years and several urgencies, very satisfied.
