I chose Precision because it was closer & appeared to be more reasonable than other companies. They were also able to fix a same day appt. Bill was very professional & knowlegdeable. My garage repair was completed very quickly. My only issue is that the cust serv reps & tech need to be clear on the pricing after the service fee has been charged.

We were very happy with the service. Derrick is very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and laid out the repair options and associated costs - no surprises. He even went above the call of duty adjusting my second garage door by standing on the seat of my riding mower since I hadn't cleared out that side of the garage. Doesn't get any better than that. For future repairs or an all out upgrade when the time comes we will call Precision.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's List for a Garage Door Tune-Up. Once the technician arrive for my garage door tune-up, it was great. Getting him there was another issue. I spent 3 1/2 hours waiting for his arrival on a Saturday only to recieve a call that he needed to come Sunday instead. On Sunday, he promised to be there at noon, but arrived at 1:20. By the time he got there, I was quite disgusted with the whole thing, but he did a great job.

As a homeowner, I have seen my share of shady, conniving, thieving contractors and repairmen. Not this time. I was almost giddy over how prompt, polite, and accommodating, my technician Derrick was. I had a problem with my remotes not working some of the time. As luck would have it, they worked perfectly when Derrick tested them. He understood my dilemma, offered an option, and in the meantime(at my request)programmed 2 new key fob remotes, and 2 car homelink buttons. I could not believe the attention to customer service! And the service call was only $49.95! These are my new "GO TO GUYS." I'll be sure to spread the word, too. Thanks Precision Doors. I wish I had found you 2 years ago when my garage door broke, but that's ok. I've got the right company now.

Muy husband chose the Angie's list coupon for a Garage door tune up & quiet roller installation. Barry, the technician, called us to say he would be on-time after I was informed he'd be later than scheduled, and he was as courteous as could be. He inspected the door, mechanism and parts, pointed out some parts that were wearing, and work that probably should be done, but there was no hard sell to do the work. He priced out the extra repair (that I truly believe is in our near future)and proceeded to do the work specified on the coupon. Will no doubt return to request Barry for the repair. One of my BEST experiences with an Angie's list coupon vendor EVER!

My call was answered by a live person on a Sunday evening and a service tech was at my house early Monday morning. I had a garage inspection performed which I had purchased through an Angie's List big deal. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and Barry actually showed up early, after the office called to ensure that would be okay. He was very personable, performed the coupon work, then also recommended safety cables since I have small children. When my husband returned home, he went through all the information he had found during his inspection and his recommendations a second time. He also took the time to show my 3 year old daughter the rollers in his tool box which she was curious about and let her have a couple to play with. I would highly recommend this company as my experience with them was stream-lined and extremely professional.
