I purchased a 25 point inspection service for both of my garage doors via a AAA Member Deal. It was easy to call and schedule the appointment, and the technician arrived on-time. He was friendly, personable, knowledgable and professional. He performed the inspection, describing items of note and recommendations as he went. I usually receive next day service, their prices are reasonable, they come during the 2 hour time frame they offer, and they stand behind the products they sell and give a very good warranty. I recently had a problem with a garage opener they installed and they have replaced the defective part for free. Derrick is the best technician. Barry and his assistant were fantastic. After calling me a half hour prior to my scheduled service appointment, the Precision team promptly arrived and got right to work. First, they assessed my needs and clearly articulated the options that were avaiable to get my garage door functioning up to par. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns about the product options, time required for the job, and the associated costs. Both service team members quietly went to work. Once the job was completed, they double-checked the functioning of the garage door, key pads,and the remotes. They even helped my husband key code his car to acces the garage! I would definitely recommend this company based on the quality and efficiency of this team member and their pleasant work attitude. We tip our hats to Barry and Michael for a job well done!!!!! Precision Garage Doors is the best! In May 2012, Derrick came out and tuned up my garage door. He found a stripped coupling and replaced it. Recently, the door opener stopped working again. Within 24 hrs of calling for an appointment, Derrick was back out. When he found the coupling had stripped again, he replaced it at no charge. On both visits, Derrick was very pleasant and professional. Not only will I use them for any further work, but I will recommend them to all my friends.

I had a broken garage door spring and when I submitted the work I was called the same day to schedule appointment. Technician was polite and on time. My only reason not to give 5 stars is I expected the spring be fixed that day...it was not. They had to come back another day to do the work.

Very precious, timely mannered & fix the simple problem by explaining the reason and advise to look for the switch that was triggered off while replacing light bulb. Could have charged more by not explaining the problem. Very reasonable price, and also spent time servicing and doing preventative maintenance such as greasing all joints, wheels and tightening loose bolts n nuts. Certainly recommend and appreciate honesty.
