Precision and especially Derrick deserve a 5 star rating! Garage doors are like rocket science to me and Derrick analyzed and fixed my door in about 20 minutes-- amazing!! The young man was very polite and tolerant of my ignorance regarding garage doors. He provided me some really good insight into replacing the door sometime in the near future. There is no doubt in my mind that I will call Precision when I'm ready for the new door. Also, the lady that scheduled the appointment was equally polite and informative.

Both the company and the service technician were great. The ad said same day and you were at my house same day; which is what I wanted since I was home today. Your Tech, Barry, was awesome, introduced himself at my front door, very pleasant and got right down to work. Identified the problem with my door in 15 seconds, which I failed to do in 4 hours and fixed it 5 minutes later at a reasonable cost. I was very satisfied with the entire process! Thank you.

This is a fabulous company. Their customer service is top notch!! I contacted the Precision for a garage door repair. I was given the time range they would be out and the name of the technician. The technician, Derrick, came out within the scheduled time and was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what needed to be done to take care of it... no surprises. I would highly recommend this company. If you care about great customer service, competent technicians and a company with integrity then Precision is the one for you!!
