My technician, Brian, was on time and immediately went to work. Took care of my garage door opener and thereafter while performing a safety check, noticed that my cables were improperly installed and constituted a potential danger. Suggested new cables and he explained why the new cables would perform better. I watched him as he removed the old cables and added the new ones. Explained everything to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with his work ethic and knowledge.

Derrick was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The problems and options were described to me clearly. The work was done quickly and to a high degree of quality. After the work was complete, the repairs were shown and explained to me, and the clean up was great. The only negative was that I felt that the service was largely overpriced (this is based on other online offers I have since seen for similar services).

Very disapointed, Tech came out did absolutly nothing but give me two quotes for crazy amounts of money and still wanted the service fee, even though nothing was done. Won't call them again for sure!

While we appreciate your comments, we must inform you of the fact that customers use their doors for years, and never lube or have their door adjusted and maintained. These customers sometimes get mad at us when they need to have work completed. As the customer, you have the choice to repair your door or not. Our service fee is used to cover the cost of fuel and technician time to drive to your home and assess your door needs.

I purchased a 25 point inspection service for both of my garage doors via a AAA Member Deal. It was easy to call and schedule the appointment, and the technician arrived on-time. He was friendly, personable, knowledgable and professional. He performed the inspection, describing items of note and recommendations as he went. He completed the inspection, replaced the wheels on the side of each door and lubricated them. MUCH quieter now. Overall very happy with the entire experience. Thanks!
