Went to open the garage door on Saturday morning and had a broken spring. Called at 8:45 and someone was at the house before noon. Rick was the technician. He showed up on time, got right to work and completed the project quickly. He was pleasant and knew what he was doing. I was very happy with the experience.

Barry was the technician that came out to fix our garage door and he was absolutely wonderful. Very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Our garage is very old and the door stopped closing all the way. Barry showed me all the problems with the door and clearly explained why it had stopped working properly, and what he needed to do to fix it. He had to replace the springs, cables, rollers, and pulleys. He was finished in less than an hour and the garage door works perfectly now. I highly recommend this company and technician.

Barry was wonderful. He let me know when he was en route and, after examining the door, clearly explained what needed to be done and why. He really seems enthusiastic about his work. I was also really impressed by the lady who took the service call. She asked multiple questions about the door in advance and the entire process was extremely professional. I immediately received an email confirming the appointment and the name of the technician. I highly recommend this company.

Wow, Brian had a long day yesterday!! Three or four appointments ahead of mine had unexpected incidents and he was running really late. Precision was really good about keeping me informed and providing options if I couldn't wait around. Brian arrived early in the evening, clearly tired but very pleasant and professional. He went above and beyond with my repair and even spent time adjusting things I didn't know needed adjusted. He then very professionally and thoroughly explained everything he did and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I would give Brian and Precision 6 stars if that was an option!!
