Technician arrived in the window provided and gave me a courtesy call 1 hour before arrival. Barry explained what I needed and made the cost of each component clear. After completing the repair, he then walked me through what he did. Barry was also kind enough to repair a garage opener light that had not been working for months (at not cost). Overall I was very impressed and would highly recommend Barry and Precision Door.

Okay, so the first impression was they are not going to accept any coupons! Thanks to Mike E. he was professional and made the right call to check with the office on the coupon thing because it was verified by the office that the coupon was good. The service itself from Mike E. was outstanding and very professional and as I told him I will recommend all my neighbors to Precision Door for their garage door needs. Mike E. was great in explaining the reasons for what he was doing and why and even went above and beyond in my observation, so thank you Mike E. for the great service for my garage door and the wonderful customer service.

Selected from Angie's List. It was late on Friday, the other garage door repair dealer was closed for the weekend. You were able to service the next day. The technician, Mike, was top-notch. Professional, polite and explained in detail the operation of my door and how to provide regular maintenance that could help avoid future problems. Interestingly enough, operationally our very noisy door suddenly became quiet after Mike worked on it.

Precision provided the solution to my garage door issue. The spring for the door broke in half, trapping my car. From making the appointment to the arrival of the technician assigned, everyone at Precision was very professional. Would have rated them a 5 had they come out the same day. Mike C replaced the spring in no more than 30 minutes and our car was freed. Would recommend Precision for sure!!

Your Employee, Mike C. kept me informed of his arrival time. Mike went right to work upon arrival, diagnosed the gaarage door problem, re-programed the external key pad and was on his way. We found Precision online and were pleased they could send someone one day after our garage door broke. The spring on our door broke after only 2.5 years but it was not very good quality and there was only one spring on a two car garage door. The technician, Mike, arrived early, quickly assessed the problem, and after discussing costs and options, installed two new springs in less than 45 minutes. I had the torsion spring repaired on the door. The technician explained everything and did a good job. However I feel the cost was higher than it should be. I've never dealt with a company before that doesn't waive the service fee if the repairs are made. I needed two springs. The total costs was over $500 (including service charge, tax, parts). I feel that it was excessive. Unfortunately it's not easy to get an estimate before they come to your house. I would be thrilled if I hear back from the owner. They have my email address.

Precision could not find the paper work from previous vists,the work at least half of it,may have been under warranty . I had two springs replaced,one broken,one in new condition ,I wonder why that one needed to be replaced,or even if it was replaced.Ihave lost the confidence in Precision that had been built up through having Derrick as my tech in the past.
