I contacted Precision Garage Door late in the afternoon when my door broke and they had me scheduled for 1st thing the next morning. They provided me the name and picture of the tech who was coming. The tech called and said he was on his way and when he got here he reviewed the situation and gave me an estimate of the repair costs after he explained when was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I also asked the cost of a new door opener and he explained the various types available and the differences as well as cost. I had a new opener installed and when all was said and done the cost was what was quoted to me at the outset of the work with no hidden cost or added sales pressure to buy more. I appreciated the professionalism of their organization from the time they answered the phone to the complete service work.

I have used the services of Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in the past, and once again, when I needed them, they were there right away. I called on a freezing Saturday at about 11:40, explaining that I have a senior in the house and was worried about the cold, since the garage door would not close. I was given a window of 12-4 that day. I had the great luck to have Barry be close by, and he called within 15minutes of hanging up with the dispatcher. He was at the door in 30 minutes. Barry is extremely knowledgeable and customer oriented. He diagnosed the problem in minutes, just like an experienced doctor. He explained the problem in understandable terms and offered several options as solutions. At no time did he pressure me to take any option, but left it to me to decide. I chose an option that cost much more than I had planned for, but it made perfect sense. He set to work immediately to remedy several problems and was finished in less than an hour. After he finished, he explained carefully what he did, what the problems were, and how he decided to tackle them. He showed me the wear on the parts he took off, and explained what the cause was. He patiently answered my questions, and was totally responsive and a consummate professional about the whole procedure. From start to finish, from my initial call, the resolution was less than two hours. Barry should teach classes to other service providers about manners, on time service, and professional expertise. He is a tremendous asset to your company. I will always refer Precision. As a Realtor, I have many referral possibilities.

We were impressed with the professionalism and timeliness of Precision: Brian, our installer, came to our house on the same day that we called, and was efficient and knowledgeable. He was also very patient with my questions and my inquisitive children. The job was done very quickly, after which he did a safety inspection, where he pointed out (and fixed) a few things that were suboptimal about our setup. We would recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door spring repair.

Mike and Brian, and Precision Door Service in general, were just terrific. The technicians were honest, thoughtful, thorough, and just did a great job. This is a VERY legitimate company that must take care of its workers. While they may charge a little more for their services, things get done the RIGHT WAY and with no issues at all. Well worth ANY price difference, I fell that in the long run, their total costs will end up lower than alternatives due to jobs done right and VERY responsively.

A ACTUAL TIME for delivery that was honored (none of this "we will be there between 9am and 5pm-which no one likes)- the technician was prompt 3. We replaced 4 pulleys and wire on 2 doors. Installer was capable and arrived on time and did a good job. Parts included labor and the job was extremely expensive considering the pulleys cost $4.95 at Home Depot but I was charged more than $50 for each plus the cost of the service call... the total price was more than $437.00 so was considered very expensive.

Rodney (Ricky) is a very professional and understanding individual. Instead of using technical terminology to determine what happened to my garage door, he used language that took me through the process of repairing and replacing parts on the door, Easy language goes great with an easy personality.
