We had a broken cable on one of our garage doors, but the whole lift system was jerry-rigged and out of date. Precision responded to my request for a bid within 10 minutes, they were at my house (on Saturday of a holiday weekend) within 2 hours, and they provided a fair estimate and completed the work I requested - replacing the springs and cables on both doors, and installing new, belt-drive lifts on both doors, within a few hours. Their technicial - Keith C. - was knoweldgable, prompt and courteous. We are so happy with our new garage lift system!

I must say everything I read about the Technician that came out to fix and install my new Garage Door System lived up to everything that was said about him in his Bio. He was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and respectful. My Garage Door System was 25 years old outdated and in need of an upgrade. My service call was quickly scheduled and the technicians were prompt and courteous. My problem was quickly diagnosed and estimated. The technicians quickly fixed the problem - in about an hour - with the replacement of broken springs and cables. My door is fixed and has never worked this quietly and smoothly.
