I called Precision on Friday afternoon and the service technician, Rick, was at my house in approximately 15 minutes. He diagnosed my garage door problem, installed a new garage door opener, programmed our vehicles to the new unit, and was very friendly, professional, informative, and helpful. Thanks for responding so quickly and taking care the problem. Rick and Precision Door Service were outstanding and that is why I am giving them a 5 Star Rating. Thanks again, Frank Ecker

No repair was necessary, since it turns out, I didn’t understand all the features of my remote which, inadvertently I locked it...thus it didn’t work. Barry very professionally explained the problem. Then to my astonishment, he said there would not be a charge. What a wonderful, professional company that I will definitely use again, should the need arise. As always, our technician (who was Rick this time) was knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We have used your service several times and are always happy with the service. Our only complaint this time is that the fee just for the *visit* was $195.00. That seems much higher than we have paid before. Again, Rick was terrific, but the base charge was high.

We couldn't get our garage door to open up and get our car out of the garage, Rick showed up from Precision garage door and took a look at our springs and said that they were busted, he replace the springs and oil the tracks and was kind and courteous and I would recommend him to anyone in the neighborhood.

Have used Precision a couple times. Both were very pleasant experiences. I feel they not only did the required work, they went above and beyond the minimum to enhance the final result and leave a lasting positive impression. Previously had used another company of “fast talking shills” who did a minimum repair but a major price scam. Precision was total opposite - excellent work repair experience with a special noteworthy performance by service rep Derek (spelling?).

Amazing service from the moment I sent an email at 9:37 pm on a Saturday and got a response within 10 minutes to the moment Derrick came out to my house to replace a broken spring above the garage door. I am thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this company. They demonstrated excellent communications skills (huge on my list), offer prices that are extremely competitive (maybe even the best), and operate a professional staff of technicians (assuming all are as top-notch as Derrick). But that's not all. Derrick noticed the garage door had a slight crack along the top edge and dead center when he completed the job and was testing the operation of the spring. He immediately placed an 8' section of angle iron across the top of the door and it now opens smoother and seals tighter than it has in a long time. Great attention to detail, great customer service. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service has earned my business and loyalty.

Barry showed up at my home an hour late of the 4 hr window. Then he stated that any price I had been told during the scheduling of my appointment was incorrect and only to get my business and it would cost me $325 vs $225 I was told by the scheduling representative. When I asked Barry why it would cost $100 more he stated he didn’t like the vibe and he took his assistant and left. No explanation, no consultation, no negotiation. If you get Barry as the person installing your product, I might reconsider.

This is a five star company. Yesterday, Doug installed our new garage doors and Jeff finished out the door surround in cellular PVC.
