Barry showed up at my home an hour late of the 4 hr window. Then he stated that any price I had been told during the scheduling of my appointment was incorrect and only to get my business and it would cost me $325 vs $225 I was told by the scheduling representative. When I asked Barry why it would cost $100 more he stated he didn’t like the vibe and he took his assistant and left. No explanation, no consultation, no negotiation. If you get Barry as the person installing your product, I might reconsider.

This is a five star company. Yesterday, Doug installed our new garage doors and Jeff finished out the door surround in cellular PVC. Both Doug and Jeff did their jobs professionally, efficiently and to perfection. Based on the work of these two employees, the company should be renamed to "Precision and Perfection Garage Doors."

While I was very disappointed with a truck breakdown just before expected arrival time on a Friday afternoon, they worked with me to schedule a Sunday afternoon repair. I couldn't get out my car out of my garage since my spring broke. I called around 8AM, got a 10-12 window, & they came 11:15. We got a new spring for one door, and we replaced another door's opener since it would no longer work with a remote. It cost $270 for the spring & $595 for a belted Lift Master opener, & the only other cost was tax. Both came with guarantees.The guy we had (Rick) was very nice & courteous and seemed knowledgeable and honest. We are pleased.
