Craig (and his trainee, Chris) were excellent and provided outstanding customer service. They arrived on time with an advance text notice!!! They diagnosed the problem and fixed it while they were there. They also offered professional diagnostic services as well as offering options and time estimates for keeping my garage doors operating correctly/safely in the future!!! I will use Precision again and recommend them to my neighbors!

Craig and Jamie were knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job! They called before coming and showed up exactly when they said they would. Craig had installed a new motor last September and now he and Jamie installed a new extremely quiet replacement system for the 42 year old springs……one which broke the other day. I would Highly recommend Your company (and Craig and Jamie specifically) for prompt, professional and efficient garage door work.

I did a Google search for garage door repair & found Precision. I noticed that the support rails on the door near the motor appeared to be broken. I was very pleased with my technician, Craig, who was very polite and professional. I didn't expect the cost of the repair & I forgot to request a discount through AAA or for being a senior citizen

I highly recommend Precision, especially for us elderly people because they tell you the truth. There is no bait and switch. Mr. Craig was an excellent technician. He said "you don't need this, but you do need that." Or "this will take 15 minutes or 1-1/2" and that's what it took. More important they are nice and respectful. That very important to me. My last LiftMaster was 19 years old and still running great, but I wanted an update and backup battery install because electricity goes out a lot around here. Grade = A+.
