Justin was my technician. He arrived on time. Very courteous. Walked me thru the different offers they had. Never tried to push me in any 1 direction. He gave great suggestions. I chosse the offer I wanted and in about 45 minutes he was done. The fact that they carried the parts on the truck is a great time.saving feature so the customer is not without the garage door waiting for parts.

My garage doors were in need of repair. I contacted Precision and they were here in two days. Justin evaluated the problem and presented me with the work that needed to be done on my doors. He replaced the springs, rollers and the pulley wheels. He is a very polite and engaging young man. Justin finished the job in under two hours. My doors were back as good as new. Cost was more than I expected, but the technician did an excellent job. He was efficient, respectful and knowledgeable. I had been given information that the job required more work but technician was able to complete repair without the "so-called" unnecessary, additional work. I am more than satisfied.
