Our tech was Tito Cruz. He arrived on time for the appointment. He assessed the problem with our garage door. He gave us three options for the repair and explained very clearly the difference between each option. We chose an option and Tito had the repair done within an hour. After making the repair he explained how to lubricate our door to keep it in good condition. He was very personable and knew what he was doing. Our door works great. Thanks for the timely response, clear explanation, excellent service and repair, and personable interaction. We will use Precision Garage Door for future needs and request Tito.

I really wasn't sure what garage door company to use and was hesitant... Don't hesitate use Precision. The technician, Tito” was incredibly nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable of all aspects of the garage doors. As soon as he arrived, he quickly pointed out a few other visible issues with various components of the door systems, like frayed cables and worn rollers which would break completely shortly. Although I do a lot of DIY, this is one of those repairs you want a professional installer fixing. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service from Tito.

The spring on my garage door broke and Tito came out today to fix it. The parts were at least 28 years old, so he replaced everything with a new system that opens the door more evenly and quieter! Service was quick and very professional. I would request Tito again in the future.
