Exceptional Service from Tito at Precision Garage Door! I can't say enough great things about Tito from Precision Garage Door! He went above and beyond, coming out on Super Bowl Sunday to fix what I thought was a minor issue—only to discover it was a bigger problem than expected. Despite the timing, Tito was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. What really stood out, though, was how personable and friendly he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made what could have been a stressful situation an absolute breeze. His dedication to customer service, attention to detail, and great attitude were truly impressive. Our tech was Tito Cruz. He arrived on time for the appointment. He assessed the problem with our garage door. He gave us three options for the repair and explained very clearly the difference between each option. We chose an option and Tito had the repair done within an hour. After making the repair he explained how to lubricate our door to keep it in good condition. He was very personable and knew what he was doing. Our door works great. Thanks for the timely response, clear explanation, excellent service and repair, and personable interaction. We will use Precision Garage Door for future needs and request Tito.

I really wasn't sure what garage door company to use and was hesitant... Don't hesitate use Precision. The technician, Tito” was incredibly nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable of all aspects of the garage doors. As soon as he arrived, he quickly pointed out a few other visible issues with various components of the door systems, like frayed cables and worn rollers which would break completely shortly. Although I do a lot of DIY, this is one of those repairs you want a professional installer fixing. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service from Tito.
