The advertising for Precision is one of the most professional I've seen. Beyond that, the technician, Barry, was a 10+, according to my husband. The spring in the door broke and it fell at 8:30 Friday night. It was back up and functional by 10:00 Saturday morning. Barry called first, was on-time, thorough and helpful. This was 5-star service all the way! The bios with the pics is definitely a plus.

I'm upset that I had to pay a service call fee for you to replace the springs on my garage door. The springs had been replace and was still under warrant. This does not make any sense. I understand about paying for the labor for the installation of the springs but not for a services call for warrant work.

Gentleman arrived within window, called ahead. Gave estimate beforehand and garaged works great. Always wondered if reviews on site were accurate and I can tell you they are. Had a different company come out a month ago (because we have a home warranty which we found doesn't cover what was wrong) and prior company told us we need new door and everything else. Not true and we had excellent service. Didn't catch the service mans name but he did a great job.

I easily got an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. The technician who came out to do the job (Mike C) was excellent and resolved the issue with my garage door in about 45 minutes. The way things should be. Tech called before coming and arrived early. He quickly assessed the repair, provided a cost quote, worked with available discounts, explained the work, completed the work and explained required preventive maintenance. Doors worked better than new when complete. Had one small issue that was quickly addressed and resolved. Would use them again.

Recently my garage door began to act up, and I became somewhat alarmed. I was fit in on the schedule early the next day, and Derrick came to work on the door. He did a full inspection, discussed what needed to be done along with providing me costs on each of the options. After I chose the option, he was finished within an hour. Since my garage is not attached to my home and since I have mobility problems, Derrick showed his concern for my having to remain outside with him, suggested that I return to my home, and informed me he would call me when he was done, which he did. The door now moves smoothly from one position to another quietly. Derrick also took the time to explain several things about the garage and the opener that I did not know. Good experience.

Okay, so the first impression was they are not going to accept any coupons! Thanks to Mike E. he was professional and made the right call to check with the office on the coupon thing because it was verified by the office that the coupon was good. The service itself from Mike E. was outstanding and very professional and as I told him I will recommend all my neighbors to Precision Door for their garage door needs.
