I'm upset that I had to pay a service call fee for you to replace the springs on my garage door. The springs had been replace and was still under warrant. This does not make any sense. I understand about paying for the labor for the installation of the springs but not for a services call for warrant work.

Gentleman arrived within window, called ahead. Gave estimate beforehand and garaged works great. Always wondered if reviews on site were accurate and I can tell you they are. Had a different company come out a month ago (because we have a home warranty which we found doesn't cover what was wrong) and prior company told us we need new door and everything else. Not true and we had excellent service. Didn't catch the service mans name but he did a great job.

I was extremely happy with the service for my garage door. Both calls I made to your office were answered immediately by a very friendly receptionist. I easily got an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. The technician who came out to do the job (Mike C) was excellent and resolved the issue with my garage door in about 45 minutes. I was very happy with the work and will definitely use this company again for future work.

The way things should be. Tech called before coming and arrived early. He quickly assessed the repair, provided a cost quote, worked with available discounts, explained the work, completed the work and explained required preventive maintenance. Doors worked better than new when complete. Had one small issue that was quickly addressed and resolved. Would use them again.

Recently my garage door began to act up, and I became somewhat alarmed. I was fit in on the schedule early the next day, and Derrick came to work on the door. He did a full inspection, discussed what needed to be done along with providing me costs on each of the options. After I chose the option, he was finished within an hour. Since my garage is not attached to my home and since I have mobility problems, Derrick showed his concern for my having to remain outside with him, suggested that I return to my home, and informed me he would call me when he was done, which he did. The door now moves smoothly from one position to another quietly. Derrick also took the time to explain several things about the garage and the opener that I did not know. Good experience.

I gave the company 4 stars instead of 5 only because I thought their prices for parts were a little higher than other companies I have used in the past. Okay, so the first impression was they are not going to accept any coupons! Thanks to Mike E. he was professional and made the right call to check with the office on the coupon thing because it was verified by the office that the coupon was good. The service itself from Mike E. was outstanding and very professional and as I told him I will recommend all my neighbors to Precision Door for their garage door needs. Mike E. was great in explaining the reasons for what he was doing and why and even went above and beyond in my observation, so thank you Mike E. for the great service for my garage door and the wonderful customer service.

We found Precision online and were pleased they could send someone one day after our garage door broke. The spring on our door broke after only 2.5 years but it was not very good quality and there was only one spring on a two car garage door. The technician, Mike, arrived early, quickly assessed the problem, and after discussing costs and options, installed two new springs in less than 45 minutes. Alan arrived and I was a little skeptical since he was quiet and seemed indifferent. He immediately diagnosed the problem and recommended a conversion bar change. I agreed. I purchased a 25 point inspection service for both of my garage doors via a AAA Member Deal. It was easy to call and schedule the appointment, and the technician arrived on-time. He was friendly, personable, knowledgable and professional. He performed the inspection, describing items of note and recommendations as he went. He completed the inspection, replaced the wheels on the side of each door and lubricated them. MUCH quieter now. Overall very happy with the entire experience. Thanks!

I am extremely pleased with Precision's customer service and workmanship! I have been using Precision for replacement and servicing my three garage doors for years. You. I usually receive next day service, their prices are reasonable, they come during the 2 hour time frame they offer, and they stand behind the products they sell and give a very good warranty. I recently had a problem with a garage opener they installed and they have replaced the defective part for free. Derrick is the best technician. I chose Precision because it was closer & appeared to be more reasonable than other companies. They were also able to fix a same day appt. Bill was very professional & knowlegdeable. My garage repair was completed very quickly. My only issue is that the cust serv reps & tech need to be clear on the pricing after the service fee has been charged.
