I chose Precision because of past experience with the company. I expected and received prompt courteous service. The young man, Jay, was very knowledgeable as he explained what the issue was and how to operate other features, of the door, that I had a problem with.

Jay was fantastic!! The entire experience with Precision was great. Scheduling from their webpage was easy. The text and email letting me know Jay was on his way (and Jay’s call) were very thoughtful. The information from the company about Jay was a nice touch, too (discovered he’s a volunteer firefighter, for example). The service once Jay arrived was top-notch, too. He quickly assessed the problem, gave a crystal-clear explanation and ball-park estimate. Then worked up a detailed estimate, and showed me wear and tear on the parts to confirm what did and didn’t need replacement. I only wish ALL service experiences were as good as I received today from Precision and Jay.

I called on Saturday after Christmas because the cable in 1 of the garage doors had snapped and Precision sent a tech out the next Moroni g. On Sunday morning, Jay arrived promptly at 8 am, inspected both doors, provided me with an estimate to repair them and was able to complete all the work that morning! Great customer service by Precision Doors and Jay was incredibly professional and did the work quickly and well. I am Most grateful!

My garage door wasn’t opening or closing, so I found Precision through a quick online search and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I received a text when Jay was on his way, and he arrived within about 10 minutes. He quickly assessed the issue, clearly explained the problem, and completed the repair in about an hour. Before leaving, Jay took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, great service—efficient, professional, and helpful!

Jay was a joy to work with. He fixed the original problem very quickly. I asked him to look at another door that was operating but was loud and somewhat clunky. He recommended two options, one that would make the door relatively new again, and one that would improve it's operation. I chose # 2 due to the price of the first option, $ 1,300.00. The second option was still very expensive, but I wanted improvement and I got it. Jay did a good job and I am pleased with the result. I would recommend Precision Door for the quality of the work.

No one wants a garage spring to break but that happened to us on a Friday late afternoon. I was so relieved to hear someone could come out and fix it over the weekend. Jay was on time and knowledgeable and worked efficiently. He was courteous in our home and asked questions to determine what was going on. It wasn’t a bill we were expecting but when it’s a safety issue, it’s worth it.

While it is never good to have garage door issues I have to say the service we received was 2nd to none. Jay came out and did a phenomenal job providing expert recommendations and was just honest and genuine. He then provided the necessary repairs quickly and professionally. The service that Precision is what you used to expect from home repair companies. The professionalism, courtesy, and compassion that we received from the second that we made the appointment to the time the opener and drive were replaced. I replace the board in the head unit myself two years ago and knowing that we have a 10 year warranty on the products is worth every cent that we spent. Jay C, the service technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Our aged and inoperable door was replaced and working in less than an hour.

He suggested several options I was happy with my choice, He did not suggest that I needed a completely new system rather a repair. He is a Professional in both his knowledge of the garage doors but how to ensure that his customers know was is happening at all times. Our 35-YO garage door needed spring replacements. My husband was able to call, on Sunday (!), to arrange an appointment for Monday morning. Jay came on time, took a look at the door and made several suggestions of possible additional repairs/replacements due to the age of the door and its components. Since we've only had the springs replaced since the door was initially installed, I took Jay up on the most logical suggestion for this visit. BTW--Jay did not pressure me to make any decision or commitment. I appreciated the way he explained things to me. "If I talked to my mom, I would say..." Kudos to Jay for a job well done!

Just had Jay Constantine from Precision Garage Door come out to fix my noisy garage door and install a new opener. Couldn't be happier with the service! He really knew his stuff and took the time to explain everything to me before getting started. The tune-up made such a difference - no more squeaking and shaking when it opens. Jay did a great job with the new opener installation and made sure all the remotes, the keypad, and wall controller were working perfectly before he left. He even showed me how to program everything myself if I need to in the future. Super professional, got everything done efficiently, and cleaned up after. Definitely recommend Jay and Precision Garage Door Service of Central Maryland if you need any garage door work done!
