Precision scheduled a visit to my house to look at my request to update my garage door contols within 12 hours! The individual who arrived, Joshua, was very friendly and got right to work solving my upgrade issue and providing excellent service. Scheduling was incredibly efficient and service was impeccable. I was able to get a same-day appointment and my technician, Jay C., reached out to let me know he was actually available before the agreed upon window (even better)! Jay was professional, made sure I clearly understood all of the work he was doing, and shared pricing before any work was done. He tested the system, identified the issued, and installed a replacement keypad in about 30 min. Great first-time service experience!

From the first call with Jill to the final installment with Jay everything was handled in the most respectful and professional way. Our garage door would not open. Our regular garage door service company could not come for 24 hrs or so. I remember seeing precision ad on tv. I called and a service rep Jay was there in less than 3 hrs. Jay C. came on time. He is amazing! He clearly explained what he planed to do at the beginning. He first checked remotes which turned out not to be repairable. Then he explained what could be the right solutions, giving us various options. He was really professional, and gave very clear explanations. The new opener is much quieter than the old. This seems just what we need. Jay is fantastic!

I chose Precision Garage Door due to their 5 STAR review on the internet. It also was a plus that they work over the weekends at no additional charge!! One of my springs broke on Friday and both were replaced on Sunday. Jay was a very knowledgeable technician and showed me other items on the door that also needed replaced,, like the lift cables as the ends were frayed. Don't need the door falling on my head. Jay was quick, very maticulous and explained everything to me,, He was amazing!!!

The technician Jay Customer Service was exceptional. He explained everything to me clearly so that I could understand. He explained all of my options as well as the pros and cons. Excellent experience with Precision. The technician (Jay C) was awesome - very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jay was very informative, answering all of questions. He got the job done quickly, and everything's working perfectly. There was a slight mistake on the final invoice, regarding the warranty. One quick email, and the office staff quickly fixed it and sent me a corrected invoice. All around great experience. One con: this fairly simple job was extremely pricey. You get what you pay for, I guess. If you want your door fixed right, Precision is the way to go - just be prepared some some serious sticker shock.

Our garage door broke, we called for repair, knowing we may just buy a new unit. Jay was the technician and I cannot say enough amazing things about him! He took the time to explain options, we went with battery backed Genie. Jay was so thorough and accommodating throughout the whole process, taking the time to double check our wishes and to make sure there were no questions as he went along. He was super personable (even with our kids!)…some people don’t care about that, but we do! Very rare to come across someone nowadays with impeccable customer service. Jay is a true asset to your company!

Jay came out to service our garage door cable problem. He took a look and recommended replacing the cables without trying to sell it. He did a fantastic job and gave me some tips that I didn't know. Not happy at all with how the service went this time. We called because our door was making a popping sound as it opened. Technician said that the cause was the spring was broken and needed to be replaced. During the process of replacing the spring, our wall was damaged. The technician just didn’t seem to take care, also dropping the door multiple times, allowing the door to slam to the floor with force. This just wasn’t necessary. The final straw was how an attempt was made to “upsell” this service visit and replace parts that were well within the service life. The warranty on the spring was also dependent on us doing additional work at additional considerable cost, which seems very disingenuous and a shady practice.
