While it is never good to have garage door issues I have to say the service we received was 2nd to none. Jay came out and did a phenomenal job providing expert recommendations and was just honest and genuine. He then provided the necessary repairs quickly and professionally. He is a tremendous work and Precision is lucky to have him. This company cares about the customers and was able to have an expert technician on-site the next day after my call. Phenomenal service by a great company.

The service that Precision is what you used to expect from home repair companies. The professionalism, courtesy, and compassion that we received from the second that we made the appointment to the time the opener and drive were replaced. I replace the board in the head unit myself two years ago and knowing that we have a 10 year warranty on the products is worth every cent that we spent. Jay C, the service technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Our aged and inoperable door was replaced and working in less than an hour.

Your repairman was fantastic. He was on time and identified the problem immediately. He suggested several options I was happy with my choice, He did not suggest that I needed a completely new system rather a repair. He is a Professional in both his knowledge of the garage doors but how to ensure that his customers know was is happening at all times. I was very happy with the company and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Our 35-YO garage door needed spring replacements. My husband was able to call, on Sunday (!), to arrange an appointment for Monday morning. Jay came on time, took a look at the door and made several suggestions of possible additional repairs/replacements due to the age of the door and its components. Since we've only had the springs replaced since the door was initially installed, I took Jay up on the most logical suggestion for this visit. BTW--Jay did not pressure me to make any decision or commitment. I appreciated the way he explained things to me. "If I talked to my mom, I would say..." Kudos to Jay for a job well done!

Not happy at all with how the service went this time. We called because our door was making a popping sound as it opened. Technician said that the cause was the spring was broken and needed to be replaced. During the process of replacing the spring, our wall was damaged. The technician just didn’t seem to take care, also dropping the door multiple times, allowing the door to slam to the floor with force. This just wasn’t necessary. The final straw was how an attempt was made to “upsell” this service visit and replace parts that were well within the service life. The warranty on the spring was also dependent on us doing additional work at additional considerable cost, which seems very disingenuous and a shady practice.

From the first call with Jill to the final installment with Jay everything was handled in the most respectful and professional way. Our garage door would not open. Jay C. came on time. He is amazing! He clearly explained what he planed to do at the beginning. He first checked remotes which turned out not to be repairable. Then he explained what could be the right solutions, giving us various options. He was really professional, and gave very clear explanations. The new opener is much quieter than the old. I chose Precision Garage Door due to their 5 STAR review on the internet. It also was a plus that they work over the weekends at no additional charge!! One of my springs broke on Friday and both were replaced on Sunday. Jay was a very knowledgeable technician and showed me other items on the door that also needed replaced,, like the lift cables as the ends were frayed. Don't need the door falling on my head. Jay was quick, very maticulous and explained everything to me,, He was amazing!!!
