Jay C. came on time. He is amazing! He clearly explained what he planed to do at the beginning. He first checked remotes which turned out not to be repairable. Then he explained what could be the right solutions, giving us various options. He was really professional, and gave very clear explanations. The new opener is much quieter than the old. This seems just what we need. Jay is fantastic!

I chose Precision Garage Door due to their 5 STAR review on the internet. It also was a plus that they work over the weekends at no additional charge!! One of my springs broke on Friday and both were replaced on Sunday. Jay was a very knowledgeable technician and showed me other items on the door that also needed replaced,, like the lift cables as the ends were frayed. Don't need the door falling on my head. Jay was quick, very maticulous and explained everything to me,, He was amazing!!!

The technician Jay Customer Service was exceptional. He explained everything to me clearly so that I could understand. He explained all of my options as well as the pros and cons. Answered all of my questions and ensured me that everything would be working much better and it is. Everyone was so pleasant from my initial call to schedule my appointment. I really appreciated the call from Amy explaining that the original technician job before coming to me was taking longer than expected and they were able to r/s with another technician. This experience was a breathe of fresh air because now a days no one has great Customer Service anymore.

Excellent experience with Precision. The technician (Jay C) was awesome - very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jay was very informative, answering all of questions. He got the job done quickly, and everything's working perfectly. There was a slight mistake on the final invoice, regarding the warranty. One quick email, and the office staff quickly fixed it and sent me a corrected invoice. All around great experience. One con: this fairly simple job was extremely pricey. You get what you pay for, I guess. If you want your door fixed right, Precision is the way to go - just be prepared some some serious sticker shock.

Our garage door broke, we called for repair, knowing we may just buy a new unit. Jay was the technician and I cannot say enough amazing things about him! He took the time to explain options, we went with battery backed Genie. Jay was so thorough and accommodating throughout the whole process, taking the time to double check our wishes and to make sure there were no questions as he went along. He was super personable (even with our kids!)…some people don’t care about that, but we do! Very rare to come across someone nowadays with impeccable customer service. Jay is a true asset to your company!

Jay came out to service our garage door cable problem. He took a look and recommended replacing the cables without trying to sell it. He did a fantastic job and gave me some tips that I didn't know. I was initially disturbed when the tech showed up that the information given to me on the phone was totally inaccurate. Thankfully, the technician Jay was a total professional and explained everything to me. He understood my frustration and provided me several options to repair my doors and bring them up to code. I was very satisfied with the work and Jay stayed into the evening to get the job done to my satisfaction. Jay was an excellent technician and professional. I called several garage door companies prior to Precision and am so glad I did. I strongly recommend calling them if you have any garage door issues.

I would highly recommend this company. I called needing help with my garage door and a tech, Jay, was sent out an hour later. Jay arrived and was friendly, courteous, and showed me what was wrong. He fixed the issue fairly quickly, charged me a fair amount but more importantly, he was just a nice, polite guy. Quite an asset to the company!

From the first call with Jill to the final installment with Jay everything was handled in the most respectful and professional way. Our garage door would not open. Our regular garage door service company could not come for 24 hrs or so. I remember seeing precision ad on tv. I called and a service rep Jay was there in less than 3 hrs.
