I would highly recommend this company. I called needing help with my garage door and a tech, Jay, was sent out an hour later. Jay arrived and was friendly, courteous, and showed me what was wrong. He fixed the issue fairly quickly, charged me a fair amount but more importantly, he was just a nice, polite guy. Quite an asset to the company!

Had a very good experience with a service tech. His name was Jay and he was very helpful in fixing my door. He explained things in a very simple way and even took time to make drawings of the problem. I would strongly recommend this man in my community to do the work on other people. I was initially disturbed when the tech showed up that the information given to me on the phone was totally inaccurate. Thankfully, the technician Jay was a total professional and explained everything to me. He understood my frustration and provided me several options to repair my doors and bring them up to code. I was very satisfied with the work and Jay stayed into the evening to get the job done to my satisfaction. Jay was an excellent technician and professional. I called several garage door companies prior to Precision and am so glad I did. I strongly recommend calling them if you have any garage door issues.
