He wasn’t pushy on making me get the service but told me what I needed. What I liked was you had a choice of the best, better or good. Called your shop late yesterday morning. Was told tech would arrive between 3:30 & 7:30. Charles was at the house at around 4:15. He was finished installing a new opener assembly and on his way by 6:30. Great job Charles, I highly recommend your company.
