Titto was my service agent. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining what was wrong with my system then reviewing the options available to me. Titto was even helpful with questions about cost. He performed the repairs quickly, instructed me on the use of my new unit then proceeded to assisted with programing the new opener to my car. It was a stress free experience, except for the cost. But, every effort was made to make that as simple as possible also.

Overall good experience. I called one morning just for information and by the end of the day I had my new opener installed. Checked that project off my to do list. The tech, Tito was great. He was doing lifting that really needed two people. By the time he was done and pulling out you would have never known that he was there. Left the garage straight and clean.

Our door would not stay open when the power was out. Tito took a quick look and instantly knew that the previous installer had used the wrong springs. He made the change and it works perfectly now. Unbelievably quick repair with great customer service.

I had the good fortune to have Tito as the technician and his fame had preceded him. He did an excellent job. And explained everything clearly. We have ended up with a better product (though the old Liftmaster lasted 20 years ). Plus he pointed out that the prior installer did not hook up the sensors. Very please with the timeliness, pleasant relationship and very neat work. And he added the new codes to both cars and the remote key pad.

Tito Cruz represents your company in a professional and knowledgeable way. He thoroughly explained what was broken and worn on my garage doors and, with approval, went ahead and replaced both springs expertly and efficiently (my observation). Watching him work was like "poetry in motion".. you could tell he had many years of experience and had the right tools. I hope other company techs are as courteous and helpful. Booking an appointment was also efficient and courteous. Company response was 2 days out.. they appear to be in heavy demand. Response time may matter when your car is "trapped" in the garage.

Our garage door "self destructed" lastweek. I've seen your trucks in our neighborhood and decided to give you a call. I was told a tech would be out in the morning to assess the door. Tito called at 8:15 saying he was on the way! He arrived on time, very courteous, and after explaining his findings, he promptly went to work repairing our door. Quite impressive all the way around. Got an appointment with in 24 hours. Tito was a little early and have a call when he was on his way as was promised by the office staff person. He was vey knowledgeable and took ownership of my issue right away. His suggestions were logical and to my advantage. Cost was very reasonable and the job was finished within an hour or so. We are very pleased with the quick appointment and the excellent service by Tito our technician. Tito was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He called to let us know when he was on the way. He pointed out the broken springs and thoroughly inspected all the other parts of our garage door and opener. He clearly explained and showed us the minimum repairs needed and also additional repairs of worn parts that we might want fixed before they stop working. He gave us a separate estimate for the minimum repairs and the additional repairs. When he was done, he showed us the new remote control and linked it to the wi-fi button in our car. Our door works great now and we're very satisfied with the excellent service by Precision.

The Garage Door Spring died this Morning. Called Precision, they were very helpful with sending a Tech out to my house. They arrived quickly and before the 1-5 window I was quoted!!!! Tito called me when he was on his way to my house. Tito arrived and was very knowledgeable about my issue. He explained to me what needed to be done and completed the work quickly. We were stuck with 2 broken garage door springs in the morning with no way to open the garage door-Precision was able to make it to our house by that evening and the technician assessed the issue and had us back up and running in the next hour or so-you couldn’t beat that kind of service! We called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because 1 of our 2 garage doors failed & would not close completely. We have been in our home for 29 years and had 2 new replacement garage doors & openers improperly installed 8 years ago. Both doors needed total re-work; springs, rollers, cables, pulleys, and struts. Fortunately both the doors & openers were still is good shape. Although the cost of job was more than my wife and I expected when we made the appointment, the quality of the materials & workmanship by Tito was totally worth it! Tito did an excellent job! He actually took the time to show my wife how much smoother/quieter the doors operated.
