I had read some good reviews from neighbors and the overall comfort when sales man came over to the Job Wesley did was outstanding. Wesley Fowler was meticulous, proffesional and showed that he really cared about the job he was doing. Kudos to him and needs ot be recognized. We love our new garage door and look forward to doing more business.

Response time was terrific. Derrick was personable and professional at the same time. He immediately knew what was wrong and looked for the best value for us, no selling up tactics that I have seen in other garage door vendors. He was finished quickly and left everything in great shape. A fantastic experience overall. Worth a 5+ if they had that category.

Derrick has been by twice, once to repair and upgrade garage door hardware and the next to install door bottom weatherstrip. He is a very knowledgeable and provides exceptional customer service. ThIs was our first experience using Precision Garage Doors; they were excellent and we will now continue to call them whenever needed.
