Mr. Jamal was extremely nice and explained what he was going to do and what needed to be done to my garage door. Was extremely neat and cleaned up showed me all the broken parts that were replaced. Was wonderful pleasure to meet and have repair the door.

Jamal arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our garage door setup. Having bought the house a few years ago, We had several different ages on our door, track and motor. Jamal did a top to bottom adjustment, cleaned and greased the moving parts, provided new remotes for three cars and made sure everything worked perfectly. Great service.

I had read some good reviews from neighbors and the overall comfort when sales man came over to the Job Wesley did was outstanding. Wesley Fowler was meticulous, proffesional and showed that he really cared about the job he was doing. Kudos to him and needs ot be recognized. Response time was terrific. Derrick was personable and professional at the same time. He immediately knew what was wrong and looked for the best value for us, no selling up tactics that I have seen in other garage door vendors. He was finished quickly and left everything in great shape. A fantastic experience overall. Worth a 5+ if they had that category.

Derrick has been by twice, once to repair and upgrade garage door hardware and the next to install door bottom weatherstrip. He is a very knowledgeable and provides exceptional customer service.
