As always, your guys did a stellar job. I was happy to hear that all my garage door needed was a basic maintenance check and lubrication, and they got done in less than half an hour. Both Jamal and Chad were absolutely delightful, polite, respectful, and honest. As I told them, they’re now on my list of great Precision Garage Door employees that I have encountered over the years. Jamal arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our garage door setup. Having bought the house a few years ago, We had several different ages on our door, track and motor. Jamal did a top to bottom adjustment, cleaned and greased the moving parts, provided new remotes for three cars and made sure everything worked perfectly. Great service.

We called Precision to repair our garage door which was not closing properly. The technician, Jamal Crosby, connected with us before arriving, came on time, and correctly diagnosed our problem with the rollers and springs. I could not be happier with the service provided by Jamal in making the repairs to my garage doors. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He did a thorough review of each door and told me what he thought was causing the one door to open spontaneously. He also pointed out that the garage openers were straining to lift the doors (I had added insulating panels) and recommended new stronger springs would reduce the strain on the motors. The new springs and adjustments he made to the systems made my garage door openers run more smoothly. Should I have another problem with my garage doors I will definitely call Precision Garage Door Service to make the repairs...and will request Jamal as the service person.
