About noon our garage door wouldn't close. The cables had come unspooled and it was stuck in the open position. I called Precision and they said someone could come out between 3:30 and 9PM. Their technician, Jamal Crosby, called me at 4:45 and told me he was half an hour away. He arrived exactly when he said he would and quickly inspected the problem and gave me an estimate for the repair. The estimate was reasonable and he said he could complete the work in an hour. 45mins later he was done and everything was working properly. Jamal explained what he believed was the cause of the problem and how I could inspect the door in the future to obtain maintenance before it broke again. He also explained to me how to lubricate the door. Overall my experience was excellent. Jamal was extremely professional and courteous. He arrived when he said he would and completed the repairs professionally and quickly. Jamal is an excellent representative for Precision Garage Door.

I contacted Precision Door Service to repair my garage door opening system. Within a couple of hours, Mr. Jamal Crosby showed up at the door. He carefully evaluated the door and provided several options for repair. He repaired my door quickly and also showed me the defective parts that require my attention for future repair. Came home from Thanksgiving to a busted garage door, cables all tangled up, stuck closed, nothing you could do about it. Was a bummer way to cap off a great holiday. Called Precision Garage Door, and they had a tech out right away. Jamal Crosby was great, diagnosed the problem quickly, found the most cost effective way to fix it, and took care of the issue in a timely manner. Did great QA, tested everything multiple times, and even looked at my other door to make sure it wasn't going to break the same way. Overall 5 start experience, would call again if something broke.

I reached out to PGD after several months of odd noises coming from our garage door when opening/closing. Our tech, Jamal Crosby, was super! He was professional to a fault and was very knowledgeable, quickly identifying our issues and giving us all of our options. He even made time to greet our dog, much to our dog's delight. The repair was made in a timely fashion, and the invoice was explained in great detail. Should we have issues in the future, I will be calling Jamal right away.

Jamal arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our garage door setup. Having bought the house a few years ago, We had several different ages on our door, track and motor. Jamal did a top to bottom adjustment, cleaned and greased the moving parts, provided new remotes for three cars and made sure everything worked perfectly. Great service.

I could not be happier with the service provided by Jamal in making the repairs to my garage doors. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He did a thorough review of each door and told me what he thought was causing the one door to open spontaneously. He also pointed out that the garage openers were straining to lift the doors (I had added insulating panels) and recommended new stronger springs would reduce the strain on the motors. The new springs and adjustments he made to the systems made my garage door openers run more smoothly. Should I have another problem with my garage doors I will definitely call Precision Garage Door Service to make the repairs...and will request Jamal as the service person.

Jamal arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and got the job done quickly. He arrived within a couple of hours of my call and it couldn’t have gone any better. We replaced some spring and rollers, he tightened our chain, and got everything working again. Our door also makes a lot less noise now. 10/10 would recommend.
