I called because the reviews of this company were so stellar. The lady that answered the phone was so kind and helpful, and she was able to schedule me for service that same morning. The tech that greeted me on time was also very kind, and went above and beyond to repair my damaged garage door and even taught me how to maintain the door in future. He even assisted me in reprogramming the outdoor pass code and tightened a light bulb on my motor I didn't even realize I had! He was thorough in explaining the price of parts, labor, etc.. 12/10 will call again if I need help with my garage door.

We called Precision because they had installed our door in 2013 and had done a fine job. When the spring broke and my car was stuck in the garage Precision sent Barry the next morning. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The door now works perfectly.

Your technician, John, is a very learned individual. He is very pleasant and illustrates great knowledge in his field. John makes every attempt to please the customer with a smile. Needless to say, I was extremely upset prior to his arrival but when he appeared and completed the repair, he made me smile and I forgot the cost of the repair.

We called your company as you had previously serviced our garage doors some years back . We got an estimate for a new garage door opener but found it much more than we wanted to spend . So we bought it ourselves and had Precision install it . Still expensive but we wanted it done right by a professional . We were very pleased with your technician Francisco who took the time to explain the new features and answered questions politely . We would recommend your company based on his service and your quick response to schedule the appointment the next day .

Barry was the service tech that came to assess my door problem (broken torsion spring) on Friday and ordered the part that came in quickly and was installed Monday by Sherman who showed up in the snow and ice (wasn't expecting that and would understand if he hadn't) but he came in and got the job done quickly!! Both Barry and Sherman are great guys professional and courteous! And not to forget the receptionist (I think a lot of people do) that gets the job started!! Thank you. THANKS TO ALL! No repair was necessary, since it turns out, I didn’t understand all the features of my remote which, inadvertently I locked it...thus it didn’t work. Barry very professionally explained the problem. Then to my astonishment, he said there would not be a charge. What a wonderful, professional company that I will definitely use again, should the need arise. Amazing service from the moment I sent an email at 9:37 pm on a Saturday and got a response within 10 minutes to the moment Derrick came out to my house to replace a broken spring above the garage door. I am thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this company. They demonstrated excellent communications skills (huge on my list), offer prices that are extremely competitive (maybe even the best), and operate a professional staff of technicians (assuming all are as top-notch as Derrick). But that's not all. Derrick noticed the garage door had a slight crack along the top edge and dead center when he completed the job and was testing the operation of the spring. He immediately placed an 8' section of angle iron across the top of the door and it now opens smoother and seals tighter than it has in a long time. Great attention to detail, great customer service. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service has earned my business and loyalty.
