Starting with customer service, it was nice to deal with pleasant people seem to care and wanted to help. Mike C. was the technician and he was outstanding. Very professional and very courteous. Even though it was almost 9:30 at night he acted in a professional manner as if the day just started. Very thorough, explained everything that was needed to complete the job. A+++++++ Great company to deal with !!!! Will use again in the future.

Spring replaced. Rick the technician give me a courtesy call to let me know that he was on his way. When he arrived Rick introduced himself, he was very polite and professional. Rick explained what needed to be replaced and quote me the cost for the replacement parts, once job was completed Rick ask me to check the garage door to see if it was functioning correctly (and it was), he also greased the rollers. Excellent Job Rick!!!!

We had a garage door opener replaced and added keypad. We would highly recommend Precision Door and especially Barry as service technician. While they may not be the cheapest company for door service, Precision Door has a Quality product and quality service. We were notified at the time of appointment who our technician would be and saw his picture. Barry let us know upfront the problems, cost and kept us informed during installation.

Awesome, awesome service, the serviceman Barry was polite, friendly, and knowledge. He explained what needed to be done and how it was going to be done. I was impressed with the way he finished the repair in a timely fashion. I also felt the for the parts and services rendered the price paid was fair. Overall I'm throughly satisfied with the repair and my wife doesn't have to worry about parking in the driveway any longer! Would definitely recommend you guys!!! Once again thanks!!!

My garage door would not close all the way and I tried fixing it via tech support on the phone with Liftmaster. No luck. Precision Door came out today and solved the problem and showed up & made the repair,even though I could not be there. I talked to repairman on the phone.

I am totally impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and care that I received from each person at Precision. My garage door wasn't closing so I called Precision (after a quick google search) and was able to get an appointment that was convenient for me. The customer service rep was super nice. The day of the appointment I had to call back, and the rep I spoke to went above and beyond by contacting my repairman and having him call me. The repairman came on time and was able to fix my problem right away. He was very knowledgable and friendly as well - Mike C. I definitely recommend Precision for your garage door needs. Its not very often that I get to say I was very impressed with a repair contractor but I certainly was. Barry was right on time (called 30 minutes ahead to let us know he was on his way), he was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and flawlessly. The garage door has never worked better! I think I can safely say this is the best service I have ever had from a contractor. $440 (including parts) was not exactly cheap to replace the springs on a double garage door (changed from single spring to double spring system and replaced bearing) but I think it was worth it to get the job done properly. Thanks!

My family recently purchased 2 garage doors and one garage door opener, for the left garage door. We are thoroughly pleased. It's refreshing to witness the "quiet hum" of the doors opening and closing. Recently, we experienced difficulties opening and closing the left garage door. The door functions properly when using the control button on the wall inside the garage. However, the left door rarely functions properly when using the remote. Technician Brian diagnosed the malfunction quickly and resolved the issue. I would like to take this opportunity to applaud the efforts and professionalism of Brian. His rapid response and his ability to solve the problem speaks volumes for Brian and your organization.

Service was excellent. However, there was definitely false advertising on the part of your company. When I chatted with your rep, I was told that the parts installed had a lifetime warrantly. However, when the technician finally arrived, after waiting most of the day, he stated that the parts were only warranteed for 3 years. If I did not already wasted an entire day waiting for your tech, I would have opted for another service company. As it is, I succumbed to not wasting another day and reluctantly took your service.

Nice guy came out first thing in AM as promised. Took one look at the spring and told me I needed to call OverHead Door. Overhead was curious what was special about springs. Took pictures. They're coming first thing tomorrow. They were puzzled why these guys couldn't do it. I do appreciate the honesty of not getting into a job you're not confident you can do.

He did his best to make sure I was pleased with the job , and before he left he doubled checked everything to make sure the door was working properly.
