Once I chose my option, Rick went to work and replaced the broken parts. Rick was very polite, and he practiced great social distancing (amazing that I even have to include that), but it's important these days. The Spring on my garage door broke causing the door off track at 5pm. I called Precision and they were willing to send someone out that night. I opted to wait till the morning and they were there on time, walked me through what was broken, fixed it, and showed me what I should be looking for moving forward. The tech, Olaniyi, was extremely polite and professional and I will definitely call Precision again if the need ever arises. Top quality company with top quality services! We found the advertisement for your company online. It was very informative about the services you provide. I like the technicians that came to access and fix by broken garage door. Preston and John we very helpful explaining things to me and efficient at their jobs. They had to order some parts and gave me an estimate. About 2 weeks later they sent Olaniyi and Timmy to complete the garage door repair. They did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a door.

I called the referrals from my neighbors. All 3 companies were booked for the day,and offer appointments for the next day...I was looking at not being able to get to work.. I started calling companies listed in the yellow pages. I called Precision. I was told , they were booked, but schedule me with an emergency appointment which would mean a service could be completed after 6 pm with,an extra cost.. I agree to wait. An hour after the conversation,the General manager called. He heard my conversation with dispatch,.. He dispatched a contractor who came 1.5 hour after talking to the dispatcher. The fee was LESS than the competitors... I highly recommend this,company
