I don't appreciate the game my technician played by calling in his office to get approval to supposedly get me a discount which still cost me $370.00 for springs that only cost $25.00 for the pair. (15 minutes of work) will not be using again or recommending to anyone.

We have standard prices for the springs we sell. These springs are high quality springs-30,000 cycle. The springs you are quoting are not of the same quality.Most likely, they are 3-5,000 cycles. Springs are replaced by our trained technicians, who have learned how to work efficiently and safely. We don't offer discounts to every customer. Our technician was trying to help you get the best and safest repair for your door. If you would like more information about the difference in spring costs, please call our office, and we will explain in more detail.

Not a very good experience. It was a very short phone call after the repair person reviewed the work, I asked for a detailed written estimate for the required work and parts, was told he was going to give it, but have not received anything.

I spoke with our technician, who stated he called on the way. You were not at home, and told him what was wrong. You told him to leave, as you felt the price was high. He asked that you pay the service call, which you refused. Our technicians are paid by the job, so he made no money coming out to your house.

Excellent service. Technician was at my house on the time line provided and did the job very quickly and efficiently. An e-mail was sent to me with a picture of the technician that was coming which a good level of security. The technician was ready to repair my door with all the tools and required parts that were needed. If I have a problem with the garage door I will use Precision again.

The way things should be. Tech called before coming and arrived early. He quickly assessed the repair, provided a cost quote, worked with available discounts, explained the work, completed the work and explained required preventive maintenance. Doors worked better than new when complete. Had one small issue that was quickly addressed and resolved. Would use them again.

Excellent work diagnosing misaligned track and damaged cables. Quickly took care of both, adjusted door to open and close effortlessly.
