I saw Precision website and called and person I talked with was very professional so I scheduled an appointment. Rick G was the serviceman I met when he arrived right on time. He looked and our problem quoted a price that I thought was reasonable and mentioned his repair comes with 5 year warranty. Rick went right to work and it was less than an hour he was on his way. I now have new cables, safety cables and springs and the door open and closes the way it did when it was new many years ago.

So we bought it ourselves and had Precision install it . Still expensive but we wanted it done right by a professional . I had problems installing my new garage door opener and Rick solved the problems immediately. He showed me how to take care of the opener and how to solve minor problems going forward. He was very thorough. If all the techs are as good as Rick, Precision has a great group of people. Great job!

I always use Precision Garage Door for service. Reliable, competent, always find the problem and fix it. I wouldn't use anyone else. Francisco was excellent. I learned some important facts about my garage door mechanism from him. That being said, I think $200 for a service call and a minor adjustment was way too much.

In April of 2018, I had a new garage door installed by Precision and they did a wonderful job!! Very happy!! In March of 2019 my wife backed into the door and damaged it. The tracks were not damaged but the door was done. I called Precision and they came out, gave me an estimate and a time frame and got the repair done. I would give this work 5 stars, but a week or two after the repair, I realized that the installer did not reattach my inside lock for the door. It isn't a big deal and I was able to do it myself. Just the same, it would have been nice if the job was 100% completed when the bill was paid. I would certainly recommend Precision.

We had sold our home and needed to have the automatic garage door opener repaired quickly--the technician arrived at the scheduled time, explained the options available, and got the new garage door opening system installed to my full satisfaction. I highly recommend Precision based on two excellent service calls.
