I called and requested a quote for new doors and motors and remotes and springs and everything needed. You sent out Trevor. He was the nicest guy. Very professional. Answered every question I had. Told me all my options. Every company should have a Trevor. Great presentation. I am due a couple more quotes from other companies but they will have to do a hell of a job to beat Trevor.

Tito came to service our garage door on a Sunday, Mother’s Day.He was very friendly with great customer service. The spring was broken and he thoroughly explained that he could replace the spring but do some additional repairs to strengthen the maintenance of the door. The garage door had only one spring, he added another . The garage door is working and we did not have to wait until Monday. Excellent company, excellent work by Tito. It was a pleasure to do business with a reputable company.

I chose Precision because I was able to make an appointment through website via chat. The process was very efficient and service was scheduled for next day. Tyler W was on time, explained my options, and answered all my questions before and after service was performed. Tyler was awesome at fixing my garage door. He explained all the ins and outs of what was happening - why the coil broke, things to pay attention in the future, and why my garage had the issue. (Its a decent size garage). He did a good inspection and gave me pricing options. He had it repaired in about an hour. I’d recommend him and Precision to everyone.

Torsion spring replacement: the tech was friendly and did a good job, the review rating is based on price and up-sale tactics. The tech worked up 3 pricing options for this repair: OK fix $684, Good fix $1300, Great fix $1600, with each level replacing more parts (apart from the broken torsion spring) and started to explain them to me. I said: When I chatted online your rep indicated the max price for this repair was $300. He said: Yeah, if you only want the spring replaced. I said: Do that. 1. The spring only replacement wasn't even provided as an option 2. Imo trying to gouge a customer for all that money to replace parts that aren't needed with a spring replacement is robbery. I feel sorry for folks who are unaware and waste their hard earned money. You can google for yourself if these other parts are required for a spring repair, I found they are not. That should be explained to the customer.
