He also was very helpful in explaining everything to me. And he took the time to answer all my questions. He went right to work on the job & cleaned everything up. Jamal arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and got the job done quickly. He arrived within a couple of hours of my call and it couldn’t have gone any better. We replaced some spring and rollers, he tightened our chain, and got everything working again. Our door also makes a lot less noise now. 10/10 would recommend.

Appointment made with ease. Installer called prior to arriving. Problem was diagnosed and repair was suggested. Also the worker discovered a problem with the existing garage door opener do to its age. The suggestion was approved, and the opener was replaced as well as the broken spring. Door is working very smoothly now. The workers were very respectfully to us and our property. No mess left. Would recommend this company to others

I really wasn't sure what garage door company to use and was hesitant... Don't hesitate use Precision. My expectations are high and they exceeded them from the first phone call to the amazing service tech Tito. His level of knowledge and professionalism was over the top - he exceeded my expectation. He fixed the springs, rollers, belt, cables... well everything except new door panels (it was a mess from my other garage person) Thank you Tito!

The technician, Tito” was incredibly nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable of all aspects of the garage doors. As soon as he arrived, he quickly pointed out a few other visible issues with various components of the door systems, like frayed cables and worn rollers which would break completely shortly. Although I do a lot of DIY, this is one of those repairs you want a professional installer fixing. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service from Tito.

The spring on my garage door broke and Tito came out today to fix it. The parts were at least 28 years old, so he replaced everything with a new system that opens the door more evenly and quieter! Service was quick and very professional. I would request Tito again in the future. I used Precision over 15 years ago at a different home and I am pleased to see their customer service has remained the same! I highly recommend them if you are in need!
