20+ year old garage broke and Precision sent Chris B. the next day. Chris was extremely helpful in determining what exactly was broken ( a few things) and what needed to be fixed now or wait till later. Since it was so old and this was a new home purchase we decided to replace almost everything besides the door itself. Chris was great at explaining the functionality of every piece we were replacing and going through all the changes after the replacement. Would definitely recommend.

I am truly impressed with the quality of work, timeliness of the repair, and professional demeanor of Tito Cruz. I was convinced to give Precision Garage Door a call after seeing the commercials. If I had a garage door problem, this would be the company to call. Ironically, the spring broke on the garage door this past Saturday evening. I called Sunday morning and actually had a live voice who answered the call. Wow. Scheduled for 1 - 5 the same day. Tito called and was at my house mid morning. Another wow. My husband spoke with Tito. He was absolutely fantastic. Very personable and professional. Made the repairs, which looked amazing, and the door is even quieter than before. I usually don't give very many highly praised reviews but this company and Tito deserve such high praises. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who is having trouble with their garage door and need help. Thank you very much for truly impressing my husband and I on such an outstanding experience from the initial phone call in making the appointment to my garage door back up and running again. I needed to have my garage door repaired as it looked to me like there was a broken cable, a roller was off track and it wouldn't close. I chose Precision because I have seen your ads. Appt. was scheduled for a "window" and my tech, Tito Cruz, called early in the window. I like that Precision sends info about the tech! Tito diagnosed what was wrong with my old door and gave me several options to choose from in order to repair it. He explained everything that should be done. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. My door works and sounds better than it has in 30 years! I am very pleased that I decided to call Precision.

I was having a problem with my garage door lifting so I looked on the internet to see who had the best reviews. When I called the response was we will have someone out within the hour. This was not an emergency so we agreed for the next morning. Tito Cruz our technician called before he arrived letting us know who was to show up. The garage door would not open or close a couple of days before leaving town. It needed repaired quickly. Looking at different web sites of the companies that had good reviews, I chose to go in order but stopped at Precision because they could come out the next day. Mr. Cruz, the technician was competent, efficient, professional and personable. The door itself was okay, but all the moving parts needed to be replaced after 21 years. A look at the parts replaced, I am surprised they lasted as long as they did.The door functions better than it ever did. It wasn't just the cables purchased, but the whole system minus the door and brackets. I would highly recommend Precision and Mr. Cruz for any garage door purchase or repair.

Tito was polite, punctual and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he gave me options and didn't push for the most expensive option. He was able to perform maintenance on both garage doors even though we called for service on one opener. He was friendly with our talkative 4 year old and was patient with questions we all had. Tyler came to our house on a Saturday afternoon to fix our garage door. We asked for quotes on 3 different options. He inspected the door and wrote up the quotes. He sat with us and talked through each in detail and answered all of our questions so we could make an informed decision. Tyler was awesome at fixing my garage door. He explained all the ins and outs of what was happening - why the coil broke, things to pay attention in the future, and why my garage had the issue. (Its a decent size garage). He did a good inspection and gave me pricing options. He had it repaired in about an hour. I’d recommend him and Precision to everyone.

Torsion spring replacement: the tech was friendly and did a good job, the review rating is based on price and up-sale tactics. The tech worked up 3 pricing options for this repair: OK fix $684, Good fix $1300, Great fix $1600, with each level replacing more parts (apart from the broken torsion spring) and started to explain them to me. I said: When I chatted online your rep indicated the max price for this repair was $300. He said: Yeah, if you only want the spring replaced. I said: Do that. 1. The spring only replacement wasn't even provided as an option 2. Imo trying to gouge a customer for all that money to replace parts that aren't needed with a spring replacement is robbery. I feel sorry for folks who are unaware and waste their hard earned money. You can google for yourself if these other parts are required for a spring repair, I found they are not. That should be explained to the customer.

More than pleased. I was updated on arrival times and Bobby was terrific. I was given all my options from temporary to long term fixes. I was shocked the work was performed immediately with the amount of work that had to be done. When finished the garage was clean like no one had been there. Bobby explained what he did and any maintenance I could do over the years to come. I will recommend to anyone needing any type of garage door repairs. Thanks Bobby!!!
