The spring broke on our garage door, Elijah not only checked the problem but did a thorough review of all parts of the door. Since our door was over 20 years old we decided to get many parts replaced. He gave us 3 different estimates prior to beginning his work. He completed all work promptly and neatly. Prior installation of garage door at site. Brent was very friendly and helpful. He had all the parts, for a really old Genie unit and figured out how to program the keypad by reading the instructions, which is usually impossible, in my experience. He didn't do more than was necessary...didn't try to upsell me to a more expensive item...and the charges were reasonable. Overall good experience.

I like the fact that precision got out right away in serviced my door on Sunday. The technician Tito was very helpful in his explanation of what was going on with my door where the problems occurred, and he also fixed a few other issues during the process so the door would have less issues in the future. I like the fact, there were three choices of service and no pressure to pick one price point.

Very pleased with the fix of my new garage door! The salesperson Chris C was prompt and worked with me to select the different options that met my needs. He pointed out that the installation was done incorrectly and spent the time to explain what was incorrect and offered cost effective solutions to ensure that it was fully operational and not another band aid in what other garage door companies have done prior. Jamal C the installer was super friendly, efficient, professional and explained the repairs clearly — what he was going to do and after what was completed. Both Chris and Jamal took the time - and then some - to answer my questions, walked me through repairs and ensured everything was functioning before leaving.
