When my Liftmaster door opener came to a grinding halt I called the company number, had to deal w/ their automated directory, entered my zip code and was given but one dealer to choose from. They booked me about 5 days out and had zero interest in doing any better than that. Skipping the company dealer finder I googled Liftmaster dealers and am tickled to death to have found Precision! They were out the next morning, as promised and their technician [Brian] called me when he was about 15 minutes out. Brian was great, offering a range of solutions from outright replacement to simple repair of the unit + some other recommended maintenance. I was very pleased and I believe you will be too.

Door broke Saturday and found "Precision Garage Door" on Sunday. Made appointment for first thing Monday. Everything went as planned. Appointment made easy and service was fast. The price seemed high but honestly I never got quote from anywhere else so I'm assuming it would be comparable to other companies.

I called to take care of an issue of our remote controls were no longer closing the door from the vehicle outside the garage. I bought two new remote controls at $50 each, and they are harder to deal with than the previous remotes. I was told you need a straight line for the signal to work, that the opener was too far away to pick up from the street. It worked before when we installed it, but it still doesn't work for us now.

You guys really are great. So door won't open and I grab the phone on a Saturday at 6:30P. Woman who answers couldn't have been better: reassuring, efficient, clear, repeats details, gets all the information right the first time. No sense of impatience, boredom, usual mediocrity encountered in such cases. Less than twenty-four hours later Brian shows up with a smile and everything he needs to make the repair. He explains everything, is friendly, quick, most efficient. Walks me through how to test tension, operate the bypass for the opener. And when I ask about a warranty from a door replacement job five years ago, Brian adjusts the bill to cover a part replacement. Fantastic. Again: hope never to have to call you guys again, but I would not hesitate to call with a problem or to recommend Precision to anybody in need of great service.

This was my first garage problem so I didn't know who to call so I did a Google search and found your site. The design of the site and the reviews made me feel your company would be the best for me. When I called for an appointment the person I spoke with was very friendly and professional. My call was later in the evening and I was told I would have a technician at my home around noon the next day. Barry called me to say he was on his way and arrived before noon. Barry was very customer centric and suggested different levels for repairing my door. I was amazed at how quickly he repaired my garage door and the quality of his work. He showed me in detail what he did and even showed me the old parts. I will certainly use your service again if needed and would request Barry. I will also recommend your company to others that may also have a door problem.

MIke was quick and on time. He called to say he was on his way. He assessed the problem and fixed it quickly. Lubricated and inspected the whole door, and also my second door even though it wasn't having any trouble. Very reasonably priced service. I had called Overhead Garage door company as well and they wanted almost $200 just to come out!I would recommend Precision doors to everyone!

Precision installed two new garage doors and two new garage door openers on our home. The new garage doors look very nice and are in a carriage house style with supporting hardware. They are very quiet and smooth when opening and have motion sensors to turn on the lighting. We are very happy with the service, they came on time and overall the job took about 5 hours. The technician clearly knew what he was doing and took quite a bit of time to explain all the features and how to use them.

Called on a friday to ask for someone to replace broken torsion spring on our garage door. made appointment for the next day, saturday afternoon. Mike , the tech. called in late morning to ask if he could come earlier and after giving the ok, he arrived about 10 o'clock and was finished by 11. The tracks on my garage door were accidentally bent on one side causing my garage door to literally roll off the tracks. (Side note.... don't try fixing an overhead door yourself.... its more complicated than you can imagine.) At 5 pm I called and was scheduled for the next morning service. Derrick and his assistant came out. Instantly, Derrick took charge. An outstanding quality! I could tell he had 12 years of experience in Overhead repair and customer service. He communicated what needed to be done and went to work. At each point of the process, he communicated what he was doing and assured me my garage was going to be back to normal. The truth is.... he put it back better than normal. He tightened a few cable wires and now the garage rolls up better than it did before. Derrick Thank you! Barry and his partner were efficient and friendly. On installation day, Barry called twice to give me a narrower arrival window and then an estimated arrival time as he drew closer. They solicited my opinion on placement of switches and lights, walked me through testing all the equipment, and cleaned up after themselves.

I was very happy with the service I received from the tech 'Barry', this was the second experience using Precision and Barry, and he was the reason I completed purchase of the openers. The initial call to Precision sent me to a 'call' center, and frankly they didn't know answers to my questions, and had to have a manager call me to answer. I could've called another company in the mean time, but I didn't, I would like to see the person answering the phone be able to answer questions from customers. In fact, they gave me wrong info on the warranty I relied on Barry to answer further questions and he does so in such a detail manner and so polite, it was so nice! He installed two new openers that are awesome.i will certainly recommend precision and Barry to everyone! Thank you so much!
