We called to get our broken garage door spring replaced. We ended up having both springs replaced, all new rollers, and all new cables. The work under a 7 year warranty. Rick was very professional and efficient.

Rick delivered. He checked the broken cable on my garage door and explained what would need to be replaced. He also provided several options, with cost included. Once I chose my option, Rick went to work and replaced the broken parts. Rick was very polite, and he practiced great social distancing (amazing that I even have to include that), but it's important these days. My garage is back in working order - great service and I'd highly recommend.

This was my very first time using your company i found on a Google Search. I must say everything I read about the Technician that came out to fix and install my new Garage Door System lived up to everything that was said about him in his Bio. He was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and respectful. My Garage Door System was 25 years old outdated and in need of an upgrade. He also reminded me of my military discount that was applied to the final cost. I am very pleased with the work that was performed the product and the cost was reasonable. Thanks again for you speedy service.

Rodney (Ricky) is a very professional and understanding individual. Instead of using technical terminology to determine what happened to my garage door, he used language that took me through the process of repairing and replacing parts on the door, Easy language goes great with an easy personality. In fact, I did not feel that I was dumb down during the review. I am grateful with humble gratitude with Rodney!

Keith and Jake were awesome. We had our service call canceled by Sears and that was a blessing in disguise. Our original time was between 1-3:30 but we were called to see if they could earlier. They were efficient and pleasant. We are very satisfied with the work performed and will refer them to anyone in the future.

I did some research first to try to find the best garage door repair service that I could. Your information impressed me so I scheduled the repair. You gave me the name of my technician, Keith and provided a bio and picture on your website. He came the next day and thoroughly explained the problem with the door, then proceeded to fix it beautifully. Cannot thank you enough for your competency and professionalism.

The Spring on my garage door broke causing the door off track at 5pm. I called Precision and they were willing to send someone out that night. I opted to wait till the morning and they were there on time, walked me through what was broken, fixed it, and showed me what I should be looking for moving forward. The tech, Olaniyi, was extremely polite and professional and I will definitely call Precision again if the need ever arises. Top quality company with top quality services! I would highly recommend Precision!!!
