My main reason for calling this company was to replace/repair my exterior keypad for my garage door opener, which the technician was not able to do due to the age of the garage door opener model especially the motor. I am not reducing my rating because of this since it was outside of the options available to the technician. My secondary reason was to check and do maintenance on the springs, which the technician did quickly. The technician wrote up estimates for replacing the opener motor and reviewed them with me. I will be receiving them via email soon. The technician was very courteous, professional, and helpful. He also arrived within the pre-scheduled appointment time.

Jamal arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our garage door setup. Having bought the house a few years ago, We had several different ages on our door, track and motor. Jamal did a top to bottom adjustment, cleaned and greased the moving parts, provided new remotes for three cars and made sure everything worked perfectly. Great service.

Great Service! We just had a tech out to evaluate our noisy garage door. He was so thorough and explained everything extremely well, giving options on a resolution. I ultimately decided to hold off on doing anything about the noisy pully until a later time since it didn't affect the function or safety of the door. My service technician, Elijah Bowman, was excellent! Listened to me explain the problem, had experience with the type of problem I had, and as a result was able to quickly troubleshoot and diagnose the problem and offer two possible solutions, repair or replace my Liftmaster unit. I chose to replace, and he was prepared by having the replacement unit I needed on his truck. Elijah made short work of the repair and gave me a complete explanation of the operation of the unit and all the back-up and spare parts that he left me with. I really appreciated his professionalism!

The spring on my garage door broke and Tito came out today to fix it. The parts were at least 28 years old, so he replaced everything with a new system that opens the door more evenly and quieter! Service was quick and very professional. I would request Tito again in the future. I used Precision over 15 years ago at a different home and I am pleased to see their customer service has remained the same! I highly recommend them if you are in need!
