I saw the Precision advertisement in the value pak and I was impressed that they don't charge service charge for estimate, even if on weekends or nights. I called and the phone was answered by a live person who quickly scheduled an appt. for me on Sunday morning. Bobby called before he arrived and was quite professional and friendly. He assessed problem and carefully explained short and long-term options for us to consider. He was patient with my many questions and used his knowledge to thoroughly explain the proposed repairs. If we have any problems in the future, we'll definitely call Precision back!!

Had excellent service performed by Precision’s service technician Tito Cruz. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very informative in explaining each process of our garage service repair. He went above and beyond in fixing both of our garage doors, he definitely cares about the client’s needs and about his craft. It was a pleasure doing business with him. Mr. Jamal was extremely nice and explained what he was going to do and what needed to be done to my garage door. Was extremely neat and cleaned up showed me all the broken parts that were replaced. Was wonderful pleasure to meet and have repair the door.

It was very expensive. I wish I could have replaced it myself, but since it is the holidays, it is snowing outside, and I don't have the time, I paid $965 for this company to fix it with a 90-day warranty. I don't have funds to for the $1400 plan which is to replace the wheels, 1 year warranty, etc. Unfortunately, when you overcharge, you will not get repeat business or recommendations from neighbors. The springs are springs and wheels don't line up like the original but the tech said it is fine. As long as it keeps working, I am fine. Shawn 11/22/24

Tyler and Tyler of Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did an incredible job on my two garages! I signed up for the appointment online a few days earlier. I really wasn't sure what garage door company to use and was hesitant... Don't hesitate use Precision. My expectations are high and they exceeded them from the first phone call to the amazing service tech Tito. His level of knowledge and professionalism was over the top - he exceeded my expectation. He fixed the springs, rollers, belt, cables... well everything except new door panels (it was a mess from my other garage person) Thank you Tito!

Jay was a joy to work with. He fixed the original problem very quickly. I asked him to look at another door that was operating but was loud and somewhat clunky. He recommended two options, one that would make the door relatively new again, and one that would improve it's operation. I chose # 2 due to the price of the first option, $ 1,300.00. The second option was still very expensive, but I wanted improvement and I got it. Jay did a good job and I am pleased with the result. I would recommend Precision Door for the quality of the work.

Great service, Technician was very courageous throughout the installation and explained all aspects of this installation . Was early on the projected arrival time. Got right to work on the installation and completed in what I considered a good time. Really nice young man, very respectful and explained everything he was doing prior to the installation. He is a keeper!!

The technicians Tavon and Ron fixed the broken spring on our garage door and got the door working like new. Evidently the original springs were slightly undersized, which probably led to the break. I was able to book them right away and they had everything to fix the door on their truck. They were very knowledgeable, clear communicators, and polite. I would definitely call them again!

Christopher Evans came to the house and could see immediately what were some of the problems I had with my older garage doors. He gave me some options for correcting the problems and never pushed spending more for a lot of the issues. He did a great job and fixing my door and making it sound normal. We used Precision about 5 years ago and were so impressed we decided to call them again. The whole experience from calling to schedule a visit to the completion of the job was a pleasure. We received an appointment the next day. The technician, Tyler, was in communication with us before he arrived. He was very personable. He did a great job in less time than he estimated. Another thing that impressed us was that the technicians from Precision are always stocked. We have dealt with many contractors and no one was able to start and complete any job the day they arrive. They always need to come back another day. Precision really cares for their customers especially with something as important as a garage door.
