Your repairman was fantastic. He was on time and identified the problem immediately. He suggested several options I was happy with my choice, He did not suggest that I needed a completely new system rather a repair. He is a Professional in both his knowledge of the garage doors but how to ensure that his customers know was is happening at all times. I was very happy with the company and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Our technician, Christopher Loetz, was a quality person and a great ambassador for Precision. He was courteous, personable, professional and efficient. We called Precision to repair our garage door which was not closing properly. The technician, Jamal Crosby, connected with us before arriving, came on time, and correctly diagnosed our problem with the rollers and springs. Our garage door now opens and closes so smoothly we can hardly hear it. Jamal was very knowledgeable, friendly and we will certainly use Precision in the future for any garage door needs.

My technician was Keyon. I thought he was very professional, thorough, and forthcoming about repair options, maintenance, and ways to prolong the life of door openers. He finished the job quickly, and the doors are operating beautifully. I also thought the cost of it all was fair and comparable to that of other service work I've had done in the past (i.e. hvac, plumbing, electrical, etc.). I'm glad I contacted Precision, and I would definitely recommend them to other prospective customers.

The spring broke on our garage door, I was easily able to schedule an appointment online for the next morning (Saturday of a holiday weekend). Ron arrived a few minutes early, he was friendly and professional. He explained what was needed and how much it would cost upfront and he had the needed part in his van. All in all very satisfied!

Craig and Jamie were knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job! They called before coming and showed up exactly when they said they would. Craig had installed a new motor last September and now he and Jamie installed a new extremely quiet replacement system for the 42 year old springs……one which broke the other day. I would Highly recommend Your company (and Craig and Jamie specifically) for prompt, professional and efficient garage door work.

Our 35-YO garage door needed spring replacements. My husband was able to call, on Sunday (!), to arrange an appointment for Monday morning. Jay came on time, took a look at the door and made several suggestions of possible additional repairs/replacements due to the age of the door and its components. Since we've only had the springs replaced since the door was initially installed, I took Jay up on the most logical suggestion for this visit. BTW--Jay did not pressure me to make any decision or commitment. I appreciated the way he explained things to me. "If I talked to my mom, I would say..." Kudos to Jay for a job well done!

I chose Precision Garage Door because they had done work for me before. Cody, the technician who was sent was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and meticulous. His recommendations were well reasoned and articulate, he completed the required work quickly, and his attention to detail was second to none. He left a behind a cleaner garage than what he found, and a very satisfied customer. As a second time customer, I was delighted to have such excellent service again. Should i require any more garage door work, these folks will be my go-to vendor.

We used Precision Garage Door Service for our initial installation 7 years ago and then again for a recent repair. The technician was courteous, professional, and on time. I called for an appointment on a Monday evening and service occurred the next day at noon. We were appreciative of this!

Not happy at all with how the service went this time. We called because our door was making a popping sound as it opened. Technician said that the cause was the spring was broken and needed to be replaced. During the process of replacing the spring, our wall was damaged. The technician just didn’t seem to take care, also dropping the door multiple times, allowing the door to slam to the floor with force. This just wasn’t necessary. The final straw was how an attempt was made to “upsell” this service visit and replace parts that were well within the service life. The warranty on the spring was also dependent on us doing additional work at additional considerable cost, which seems very disingenuous and a shady practice.

I had Precision come out today to take a look at my garage door. It wouldn’t open all the way or close. I had replaced my motor 8 months ago and didn’t think that was the problem. After several attempts to fix the situation, Cody and Chad said that it was the motor. Motor was replaced and door works great now. They went out of there way to program everything also. Cody and Chad were very professional and super friendly. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to everyone. They came out with one days notice. No complaints from me.
