Chris C. met me initially and reviewed everything about my garage door that I was concerned with. It was obvious he is an expert when it comes to garage doors. He took the time to educate me about the deficiencies of my door and confirm that the repairs that I wanted were warranted. He then contacted Jamal C. who came out and did the actual repairs - promptly, politely, professionally and completely. It was also obvious that he, too, is an expert when it comes to repairing garage doors. Both men were wonderful to meet, talk to and deal with. Your company's great reassuring commercial (I see it every night on Channel 11) is what prompted me to call initially. But now it is the 100% customer satisfaction that I experienced that will ensure I call Precision Garage Doors again for all of my future garage door needs. Please label me a new satisfied customer for life!

Unlike some service companies, it was such a pleasure dealing with Precision. 1. They responded to our problem and scheduled an appointment immediately (on a Sunday). 2. They were prompt on their arrival and kept in contact with us before they arrived. 3. The service tech (Tito Cruz) was not only highly qualified, but he was friendly and made us feel comfortable about his skills and security. 4. He told us how long the job would take and finished a little sooner than expected. I understand that this almost sounds too good to be true, but it IS true. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door repair. P.S. I don't know how much Tito makes, but the owners should give him a raise.

Exceptional service! After contacting Precision Garage Door Service late on a Saturday evening they sent a representative to my house early Sunday morning to repair my 10 year-old garage door. Their on-line booking process was simple and their representative arrived in the 2-hour window requested. Tito C. was professional, polite and immediately diagnosed the problem. He worked up various options from minimal (must do) repairs to get the system up and running to replacing/upgrading some of the other more critical parts to upgrading an entire operational system. He walked through each option with me including describing the service, benefits and costs which enabled me to make an informed decision in the level of service chosen. The day I came home from foot surgery our garage door spring broke. Tyler came out looked at our 25 year door and hardware. He gave me several options to get the door moving again, he had everything on the truck. He was very professional and whit-in an hour all of the hardware had been replaced and now the door moves much smother and quieter. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone that asks!

Tito was very informative about explaining the problems with our garage door. Since our garage door was several years old it did have quite a few problems. So we had Tito go ahead and fix the issues. Excellent service from Gabriel Dibble. He replaced my garage door within 3 hours. Knowledgeable and responsive to questions. He even fixed a part of garage door component attached to the wall as complimentary service. Gave it 4 stars since i had to wait 2 months for the garage door since the time service order was placed and had to call multiple times to get a status from service reps. Overall great service.
